The two trolls dance up and down the dueling yard, avoding pooka that might be in the way. One of them is clearly out matched

At least until he brings gllamour into play...

"You're FLYING?" Siv gets tagged but only lightly.

Earl says "Was there a rule? you said try to keep from falling" Now the advantage is his.

Zara has found a spot to tat, drink tea, read, and watch. Multi-tasking!

Siv frowns "Given Sparrow has wings I suppose this is not a new tactic" parries

"Please, Sparrow would have me for lunch in a duel" Earl says

"You're better than you think , Earl" Siv says "even without the flight"

August is coming across the lawn, reading as he walks.

So August hears banter and the ringing of steel

He looks up from his book with some alarm....

....oh, right. The combat course.

Siv leaps away to grab a rope... and evade. Earl persues

Zara waves from her little enclave. She found a shady spot, with soft grass to spread out a blanket over.

THen Siv angles back, and attempts to wrap Earl in the same rope "Hey now..."

"Don't worry, Earl. I won't do a thing to you all tied up without Zara's go ahead"

He escapes by flying up before it can close around him

August's face lights up, and he heads over. Oh, look, there's Earl and Capt Waveborn sparing.

"Hello. Would you care for tea?"

The Wuf Fu Wire without wires fight above it all continues

"That would be very nice, yes, thank you." He murmurs quietly as he joins her.

Of course, Zara has a whole tray.. slightly chipped china pot and all. She pours August a cup and drops in a lump of sugar.

He smiles as he takes it. "Thank you." He repeats.

August glances at the combat. "Who is winning?"

Siv HAD an edge, but the flight has evened it out somewhat... and while she might be better a swordswoman, she seems surprised by Earl's strength as he's rather slender

"Mmm... right now? COuld be either."

"Is flying fair?"

"That is, I know Earl would never fight dishonorably but... it seems an uneven advantage."

Siv drops, then hits ,, bounces up...a narrow board, and snag's earl's foot throwing him down to the bridge himself "Have at you!"

"Mmm..." A nod at Siv's leap. "Is it?"

Her rapier coming down at him, Earl barely rolls to the side,, glad he doesn't have to plummet as he does it

And Zara and August can observe as the battle switches again.

"It seems Siv does her own sort of flying."

"Ooo." August sips, nods. "Perhaps not. She's very, ah, athletic."

"Okay, you are ..stronger than I thought" Siv says as Earl and she lock blades and she starts to get pushed back.

Given Earl is positively scrawny looking compared to Siv's father, one can imagine her surprise

Earl shrugs "Book, cover"

He steps off to flank her... and his flight gives out!

"And my Hunter, he... oh!" She sits up, rising to her knees.

Siv swoops down , trying to catch him as soon as she realizes his cantrip ended, rope around her waist and...

August sets down his cup!

narrowly misses catching him

Earl whams against one board, then keeps going down

"EMMA!" Siv calls realizing Earl's about to hit the ground from twenty feet plus!

Zara is to her feet, gathering and HURLING glamour in a crudely-formed fair-fortune!

The possum, meanwhile, has galloped off behind a bush... before the girl runs back!

August bolts forward as well, running like his life depends on it.

He takes a skipping step, and shoots forward aided by cantrip.

August's speed lines him up directly under Earl, siv sees him blur forward "Grab that rope with one hand and be ready, August!" forgetting rank for the moment
