Isis sighs, now in little girl form "I shall wither from want and starvation...."

August appears just over there, heading for the manor.

"SSTARRVATION....." A little girl's voice says

It takes a beat, but then he looks around, puzzled.

"I have been a prisoner for a hhhhhunndred years.. if only some KNIGHT were around to rescue me... like.. NOA?"

He changes course and wanders a little closer. "Hello?"

THe little girl looks down , her tail slashing, ears flat "Hi! I'm trapped by evil forces." Height is an evil force. Isis is all the way up, and her eyes widen as she looks down

"Hello.... Isis, isn't it? Can't you climb down?"

"Down is DEATH" She looks at him like he's crazy

August looks around him. "No... No, I'm sure it isn't."

There's a sleeping poodle, Enri no doubt.

"Could you get me a rocket, please?" Iris says

The knight/baron thinks about this. "Ah. You want to come down?"

"Down is death!" but she nods

"Can you can't climb down?"

"Why do you want me to diiiiiee?" The little girl says

August sighs. "Do you want me to come up and get you?" He offers.

"No. I want you to come up here and retrieve and important message for Obi Wan... only I go with the message"

The Sidhe is puzzled, but shrugs and starts climbing.

As he gets up, the little girl has turned back into a cat

"Can you hold onto me? I need my hands to climb."

She leaps onto his shoulder, and LATCHES on with claws, shivering but ready to go

He winces but takes a breath. "Ok. Hold on now." And he starts back down, VERY carefully.

She does move, somehow trying to climb his skull as he goes down.. slowly

There's barking below, as Enri tries to 'help'

"Please be careful, Isis." He worries.

More than once, August is worried he's going to sliip, but he gets to a ramp area.. and that means instead of climbing he can just walk down.

And pry the kitten's claws from his shoulder and skull

"Shhh.... ok..... ok.... we're down now. Ok?"

She rubs against his legs relieved

"I think you were very brave, Isis." He praises.

And yes, he pets her head.

She purrs. then looks up, and makes a rarw sound...and quickly scampers all the way back up.

A moment later. She is a girl again, and hopscotches down , "Forgot my pure silk purse by goo-chee" She hodls up her play purse primly

August blinks. "You.... "

The little girl gives him a hug, "Whew. That was close" She seems enternally grateful

A sigh, and she gets hugged back. "You're welcome."

Enri slides up "You heard my call for help! I'm a good messenger?"

"-Very- well done, yes. Like Mercury."

"I am first among planets?" Enri puffs up and blushes

"Ah. Yes."

"Well, then, I am Venus" Isis says walking off primly

"Ah." Blink.

Enri says "Isn't that the acidic gassy one?" A whisper

"Careful, Enri. Ladies should be treated with respect." Gently.

"But she's not a lady, she's a sister"

A small smile. "And -you- are a gentleman, are you not?"

He blushes, then smooths his lapels "I suppose I must be. Vince says that those of us with Classy Manes must endeavor to be mainly classy"

"Vince is entirely correct."

"Should I apologize to her Lady Shredfingers?"
