Siv comes in, eyepatch, and Mohawk hat... she's wet, and smells of blood and ..oddly, horse

And she is directed straight to Healer Emmaline...not for herself, but because the Baroness is there, being tended herself. "Not a word to August, understand?" she's saying to various worried staff members, the pooka tending to a nasty gash in her leg. "Not until after I have a chance to tell him I'm back and he can see that I'm in once piece. I...ah! Captain Siv!"

"Word to... what on Earth happened, Baroness?" Curious

"Not even charades!" She drapes the wound in beads.

"Oh, a bit of an issues with a fierce, wild chimera." She smiles happily, still stained with black and purple goo from whatever it was. "It got in a lucky shot. I got in more than one shot, and they were much better than lucky. And you? How was your chaufferring job?" she teases with only the slightest flinch at the pain as the healing beads start to work.

"We were successful, more than actually. The main goal of the quest for us all achieved, we helped some animals find a peaceful haven, and... I have a treasure for House Fiona" She says

Coradel nods approval at the successful task, though it seems rather tame...but she perks up a bit at the mention of treasure. "Oh? Something worth your absence from studies? Let's see it, then."

She kneels on one knee, and holds up a box, handing it over to her. "Baroness, in the tales of House Fiona, it is told how Fiona herself rallied others to courage! When all other nobles fled. The Dreaming recognized this by granting the Silver Lions a near immunity to fear's embrace." A breath "With that in mind, if you open the box? You will find the treasure I have retrieved"

Coradel, spattered with battle stains and wounded leg elevated, nonetheless appears suitably regal as she accepts the box from the troll Captain. She inclines her head in thanks, then regards the box a moment before opening it.

Within, is a horn! It looks more like a battle horn than a hunting horn and glistens with glamour.

"You are Fiona, and you feel no fear, Baroness. But many who follow you are not so blessed. When you blow upon this, all connected by oath or service who hear it will be similarly immune to magical and supernatural fears for seven times seven echoes of its call"

"Oh..." Very carefully, she withdraws the horn, setting the box aside. "Tell me...where did you find this?"

"The Island of Craghunger the vile, once a giant, but he became twisted by the fears he served, and thus he hid the horn...for he heard it one day would be his doom. yet, da'an is a twisty beast. By trying to hide it away, he caused himself to be sought out...and thus, the horn lead to his doom after all"

Coradel looks startled. "His doom was not by your hand alone, was it, Captain? Is that how you come to claim this?"

"It was not by my hand alone" Siv admits "I did have help. Just as I helped others in turn retrieve a mask by a now gone mother, may her next life be sweeter, and in a race, and liberating horses to freedom, and defeating a pirate" A blush at that last

It should be noted she has an eye patch on.

She only now really registers the eyepatch. "It seems to have cost you an eye, as well."

"Oh, not at all" She flips it over to the side "Minor treasure. Let's me see in the dark"

"But only with one eye, so depth perception is off" Sheepish

"Ah! Clever." She holds the horn aloft again, turning it to appreciate it's beauty. "This is a treasure of truly great merit, Captain Waveborn. Do not be insulted when I say that it is more than I expected. Spectacular! I almost wish there were a dire crisis so I could try it...." she looks a bit mischievous, but then sets the horn back in the box. "I call this a quest well completed."

She beams, then says "Oh, but one more thing...let me regale you with the memories of our journey for the tale of a girl who loved horses enough to let me steal them is not my tale alone, but it is a good one, and it led to a happy ending for steeds..."

and she tells all she remembers of the adventures ...and how 25 horses that were often wounded, healed, and sent into danger again and again... instead came to an island haven where they would be treated with love, in al ife of peace
