Coradel gives Claire a long look. "Claire...I am so sorry...." Agony that has nothing to do with the pain in her limbs. Then she looks to Delores. "Easier if I'm out of the way at home, you can focus on him." Then she nods to Bachdion. "Can you use my glamour to send me, Teacher-Mine? I don't want you to spend too much of your own."

"I still have some dross," Bachdion says, and he kisses her. She vanishes...

..and finds herself in her bed. It's good to be home.

"CLEAR!" A pooka's voice says as paddles are prepared! It's a good thing Fiona don't frighten

Coradel is free of all injuries, and she tries not to tally how much dross this has cost the hold tonight. It's not that dross that matters- but with bones fully restored, cuts healed and such, she has ended up battling another enemy besides worry about her 'son'. Sweat. Even sidhe can get dirty. So a shower was due. Emma was sent off to prepare for Magnus.

She washes carefully, frowning. She can't help but think about Magnus, about what happens next. Worry isn't something she does much, so she doesn't manage it very well. It's invasive.

Yes, clean as she gets, and as good as the shower should feel, her worry for her son worries her greatly.

And not just her son. Others are at the hospital. Delores, and Velvet, and Claire, and Bachdion...oh, Bachdion has used so much dross, and didn't take her glamour when she offered....

The old goat could be at danger of winking out, all because of her not seeing that median. Guilt knots into her belly, why doesn't the Fiona boon protect one from it? Deserved or not.

It's the eshu's fault. Challenging her like that. If the eshu hadn't been there, she wouldn't have given in to the irresistible challenge!

Yes, the Eshu. A lot was a blur, but she well remembers that Eshu's face. If she sees her again, she'll know her.

The eshu better hope that doesn't happen. But meanwhile.... ah, dammit, the worry is back. Revenge is a good distraction, but if it can't be acted on, it doesn't work for long. She needs answers, or at least advice. After drying off from the shower, she draws a robe about herself and puts on some soft slippers before going in search of the Court Seer.

Out she slips and follows the path to... see a stream of servants rushing from the seer's quarters.

To and fro, when they see her, they bow, smile, and move on. Duties it seems.

A blink, and she watches them pause, bow, and scuttle. Suspicion narrows her eyes, and she strides into the seer's chambers. "Sir Almandine, I would speak with you."

He looks up from a crystal ball and turns then bows, not dropping the glass orb, "I am yours to command, Baroness. It is good to see you appear recovered."

"Yes, thank you, though it was no small drain on resources. What news can you give me about Magnus?"

This is not smiling, sassy Coradel. She is all business.

"His surgery is almost over, I think. Touch and go. Sir Bachdion lays in wait, though the banality of the place weighs on them both."

She frowns at that. "What can I do to help them, right now?"

He ponders, "I can cast a bit of good luck towards him through the orb to him as this goes on. A single strand of your hair, burned in the bunk, should fuel it well."

"Take more than one strand. Dammit, shave me bald if it will make a difference to either or both of them."

"One hair is as good as twenty, Baroness." He assures, "At least in this case . More powerful if that one strand is pulled by your own hand though. Let's not have you go bald, Sir August would be distraught"

"August would agree in a heartbeat for this cause. But..." She carefully takes a strand, wraps it around her fingers, and gives a sharp tug to yank it out by the root. "Here." She offers it to him.

"Thank you." He prepares a brazier, and chants something in a tongue she does not recognize. IT's not Latin, she knows what that sounds like that's to August if nothing else.

And glamour is cast

She is as still and quiet as a statue, so as not to disturb him.

Meanwhile, August leaves Tylar and searches for.... she's not in their room? Worried, he asks for her.

One young childling put to work, a satyr lad, says "She was in her robe...went to see the seer. Pardon me, Sir I must deliver this message to the Regent"

meanwhile, in the Seer's chamber, the smoke from the burning curls with glamour and seems to sink INTO the Crystal ball

"Tell the Regent we're back, please!" He calls after, and then hustles to the seer's; a well-known path for him.

When August arrives, Coradel turns to see who belongs to those footsteps, and welcomes him with a tense smile and then a finger to her lips for quiet.

The seer looks up, and says "Done."

The satyr boy, for his part, raced off with a nod to the Liam to assure him it would be so.

Coradel turns back to look at Almandine. "It took?"

"Yes, how much so I'm not sure." He says, "But it definitely sunk in."

Then he sees the Sribe, "Sir August. Glad you are well"

"Thank you..." absently as he zeros in. "Coradel?" He goes to her.

Coradel moves to August and takes his arm (if he's still wearing a cast, she takes the other one). "Sir Almandine was just casting to send good luck to Magnus and Bachdion. They both need it." She looks tense and worried.

Messangers come in with notes for the seerer during this. He sighs and responds "So far, the same." To another "So far, the same." "And yes, on Thursday"

No cast, a few healing scratches. He touches her face, takes in her state. "Good." Then he nods to Almandine. "Thank you, Sir."

She touches August's face in turn. "August...." She shakes her head. "I hurt you..."

"It waas an accident. "

The Eiluned looks up, "most welcome. While it's touching that those of this hold care so much, I've had non stop requests as well as orders for scrying on those involved . I will, I assure you, let you both know how things turn out soon as I learn. "

And he goes back to working on the various tasks. IT would seem a Fiona hold has many demands... as love itself often does.

(Pause scene)
