"Yeah, well trained for a pup though" Grosvenor rises, "Any idea where we should start looking first? I tend to go to more densely populated areas in hoping of inceasing the odds, but da'an and kith sometimes prefer open spaces"

"She's a fae hound and a lab - lots of brains, lots of ornery too." She snags her swordbelt en route, buckling it over her hips. "No glimmers of anything beyond a wilder and in the city? There's a skate park where kids hang out..."

"Well, if you mean Teenage kids, sure, let's try it" He follows her lead out to the skate park . Now that they arei n the mortal world, his own fae features are muted by the mortal ones. Shaggy haired, early 20s, with a bit of 'fuzzy stubble' on his chin. While his voile resembled something like that of a BushRanger coated in spirals and triskelion patterns, his mortal garb is plainer denim with spiral impressions.

Even dimmed by the mortal world, Sparrow is lovely - she walks through the grimy streets like an otherworldly queen, surreal and enchanting. Her blouse is worn off the shoulders, allowing room for her wings.

"Teenage kids, yeah."

The skate park seems lively, the weather is good after all. he pulls out the telescope/ gun. Mortals might think he's some sort of perv at worse... and he looks through it.

Sparrow sighs, content, and watches the teenagers - not that she's much older, herself. Ok, technically she still IS a teenager. But only until september.

A few guys gawk at her. Mortals have always been drawn to her. Grosvenor looks at her, "None here, all ghosters"

Sparrow ignores the stares, mostly. "Hm. Library?"

"Maybe, sure" He says then notices folks staring at her, "Huh. I can't blame em, but it's gotta get old " He lets her lead on

"Just a bit, yes."

They move towards the library. Someone mutters something as they enter, and Grosvenor smirks "True true" He says to whatever was said.

The library has wider age dispersion, silver haired ladies and pimple faced teens alike

Sparrow floats over to check on her favorite librarian - the one saved from Golnaz!

The librarian smiles "Oh so good to see you again, young lady"

"And you too, Mister Newton. Any bright-eyed aspiring artists in lately?"

"Besides yourself? mmm, well, there is a young woman who has a book on old school photography. "

"Exciting! And we're still good for me leading that watercolor class this weekend? Maybe I'll see if she's interested..."

"Good for it? We're grateful" He assures, "And she's over there if you wish to talk to her." The librarian smiles "of course, quietly."

She places a finger to her lips and nods.

"Grosvenor." A murmur as she passes him, and a nod at the reader in question.

"Weird request, could you go across there and look over a book," THe nocker whispers to her, "If I look at someone with a telescope in a library it might get more negative attention, than if I did at a park So a distraction is welcome"

"I don't see how much of a distraction that is, but okay..." She floats over to look at the shelf of New Fiction Paperbacks!

Male heads of all ages, and a female few turn to watch her especially if she bends for the lower shelves.

The mortal girl who was looking at the photography book is among them who then blushes and goes back to her book..

Grosvenor scans quickly and efficiently, then shakes his head at Sparrow when next she looks at him.

She stands back up, flipping through the first few pages.

She nods at the nocker, but still... "Hey - if you like art, there's a painting class on Saturday. It's free."

"Thanks, I mean, I want to work with cameras, but anything that helps the eye" A blush Yes, possible crush already in the works

"Absolutely! Hope to see you there!" A sunshine smile.

She beams back.

A grin, and she swoops off to rejoin the nocker. "Nobody here? Though that might be a dreamer, at least..."

"Oh, she could be a dreamer" He says with a nod, "But nobody in sight, and I went down more than one path is showing up. My kenning is strong, but the wonderblus really helps make sure. And nope."

She nods. "Alright then..."

"Oh, I wonder... come on."

He follows along "Wonder?"

She starts off, on a mission - turning down towards an industrial area - old warehouses, the projects, sad basketball courts...

"WHere are ...' he moves on after "Huh, glad I got a working taser"

"Sometimes dreams burn brightest in dark places."

'Seen that' He nods

She checks the walls, looking for tags.

"Maybe more likely to find a commoner this part... but, well.."

"mpph, you'd be surprised how scattered the kiths are really. Sure, the sidhe go rich most of the time, but changeling way? Not a choice so you can end up with redcap Kardashians" he pauses' Which furking would explain a lot"

She finds some of Julet's practice work. She's showing progress since the tips were made.

She laughs. "It would." Fingertips trace the work. "Oh, she's doing well."

"What's with the Canadian Flag bit?"

"Dreams. Good ones. Hopeful ones."

"Huh, Takes all.."

"Well, think of the maple syrup?"
