Shalimar goes past Claire and sniffs the air "eww" then walks by skunk tail waving/ Claire glares "Fine. I get it."

Pace, pace, pace....

Coradel helps serve the childlings as much as the boggans will allow. She also asks that some small, simple toys be found, ones that don't take much effort, dolls and cars and such.

"Hey, there you are," Leonora says joining Sparrow

She starts. "Oh!"

"Hey, Jennette over there thinks you need to shower, relax, and gets some food in you instead of carving a groove in the floor. But she didn't know how to tell you so... Fiona! You're welcome!" A grin crosses Leonora's face.

Jennette, a few feet away, facepalms

"Yes, Baroness' the staff tells Coradel.

A faint smile. "Fiona."

Yup. the Beaumayn could just die.

"I was just on the way, Delores. Delores, the bodies of two of the children are in .... in there. Can you see they are tended to?" Quietly.

"Jennette, it's fine..."

"It... oh, you're a soothsayer, aren't you?"

"Moi? Oui, a little" Jennette says.

"Yes, Sir August," the boggan says sadly "And of course respectfully"

Clem comes up behind Coradel, "Freeholder? You've got a moment?"

"Is there a way to search for their families?"

Coradel looks about to see if August has made it back indoors yet...but then goes to the two visiting Ailil. "Thank you for your help with the rescue. Please, of course, take refreshment and rest."

"Thank you." And, once he is cleaned up, he seeks Coradel.

"I...yes, Clem, of course. Excuse me," she says to the others and goes to speak with the troll.

"Sir Magnus is already .." She gestures, "Well, he was. I guess he left?" Startled. Then again, Claire is missing too. Perhaps the two are having a discussion.

Wynoline and Spiro nod , the lady sidhe adding"Thank you, but we really should report to others. The childlings are safe, so we can turn our minds to secondary duties involved now" and when clem takes her away so be it.

"He may well be. But I'd appreciate your help, too."

A quick glance and a frown back at the mention of "secondary duties" but...she focuses on Clem.

Clem says to Coradel "Sorry, didn't mean to yank you away. But once i got some privacy, I looked Ruby over. She's got some busted and bruised ribs I've tended. These kids were beaten, regularly. Physically nothing permanent. But they may be shaken in other ways. I thought I'd offer access to the farmhold to the kids if you felt it would be good for them and take the pressure off. Olgi especially, but we'd not deny any of these poor kids. Though I think the pooka sibs are..uhm powerful fond of you."

"Also," Clem continues "You really should clean up, eat, and rest yourself in one order or another."

Jennettte nods "But of course, I'll get to it."

August can See Coradel talking to Clem

He stands just a bit away, letting the Baroness handle things.

She sighs. "Well, I suppose that isn't really a surprise, the abuse. I think it's up to each childling, but I'll certainly urge Olgi strongly to take you up on your offer. And thank you. The aid you've given EarthRunes, more than once...it won't be forgotten, Clem." She gives the troll a meaningful look.

She reaches out to catch the Beaumayn's hand. "Thank you."

"And I will wash up soon..." she glances around the room, seeking out...ah, her eyes light on August and she gives a bit of a smile.

Jennette gives it a squeeze, "You're welcome. You knnow that. But please do tend to yourself as well? mmm? " A look to Leonora "I was hoping to ask gently but... there you have it."

Leonora mutters "no regrets."

"I'll shower soon. Maybe a bath. I hate going to bed with wet wings..."

Clem says "Well, if it helps, I keep running into nobles that seem to care, and that confuses the DeBuke Orthadoxy something powerful... but I see a certain fellow is waiting his turn. You go onto him and all. I may visit again tomorrow."

"Please do, Clem. Our staff is excellent, but I appreciate your insight as well. You're welcome to stay if you wish."

Jennette smiles and blushes, "Let me know if you need ah..help"

And with that she leaves the troll and moves to meet August, reaching to take his hands. "Are you all right?"

She blushes back. "I...I'll be okay..."

Dame Agincourt is calling out "Leonora, your pointy headed mutt is keeping the kids awake when they're supposed to be resting. Talk to it."

He nods soberly. "I am. You?"

Leonora frowns "Thistlesnort is a HIM, not an it." Apparently THAT part being what gets her.

"He's a chimeracal nuisance. And your charge, I don't care if you yank him by the antlers or tail" Agincourt says

Some chuckles as one of the senior knights and youngest fuss over the chimera

Jennette nods "Of course. Just.. you now, in case"

"I'm still a mess. Need to wash up. But otherwise...yes, I'm okay." She looks around the room at the childlings settling in for a rest before the Balefire and sighs.

Another blush. "I'll bear that in mind... just... not tonight. I'm... I'm in a weird place." She places a hand on her stomach.

He nods. "I can stay here, if you like, or come with you."

Jennette says "how so?" concerned
