"Well, nothing. Save politics and good sense. She could do it, yes. But that would go against her goals for her reign."

"The Baroness is a noble, certainly - but she's also Fiona, not Eiluned. She is already planning a performer's competition for Imbolc - but Brigid is also a goddess of artisans. Perhaps that celebration could be a chance for the keyclub to show off...."

"St. Jerome Emiliani and St Nicholas are bigger here, but ...yeah, even the rashest noble wouldn't screw with some holiday holy days. I'll consider givning a show, and... I'll be in touch with the baroness. Now, you want food or drink or anything? I can even offer you the balefire's use for a day or two."

"I wasn't Catholic - St Jerome?"

"Patron Saint of Orphans and Abandoned Children.... those cast aside, or left behind" Dalton says "Escaped from a Dungeon himself once. or, if you believe the tale, escaped with the creator's help. Me? I'm not catholic either but they've got great stories. Possibly because they stole from the best, but I can respect that too.'

"No food or drink for me, thank you" Delores says

She smiles. "Sounds like a good guy. Well. I'll tell the Baroness you're willing to meet, and then the two of you can work out what kind of relationship you want. Maybe she can help you out with your mission..."

"No furking problem. I hear Fiona's more, open minded than most. Oh, tell he she has our sympathies. I didn't like the guy, but if she cared for him she's hurting and no one likes that drek. Loss is loss and it bites."

he seems in some ways a very unNocker Nocker. Good social skills relatively speaking

"Yes. She's taking it hard, but she's not forgotten her duty to the Barony. We want to get back to order, keep things safe, rebuild..."

"Huh.Well, we're a furking hold, not a borg collective. Some of the mews are more political than others and even then the plitics vary. I'll talk to them about it. the bale is under my care, but I try to play myself as a keeper of the furging trust more than a ruler. Hope you guys can avoid the tempting traps of power."

"Here is hoping, yes. But she has good advisers..." A flash of a grin at Delores.

Delores blushes then turns, "If she is not available but you have needs, I will be acting and later official steward."

The Nocker smirks, "Nice gig."

Delores nods " I thought so" and heads out

"Thank you, Dalton, for agreeing to meet with the Baroness."

"No problem. " Dalton nods "i'm cautious but I'm not furking stupid." and he his hat to her as she gets ready to go

She offers a bow, wings spread. "Happy new year, Mister Dalton."

He doesn't bow, but he does tip that top hat.

Sparrow makes her way out, noting the location. She won't need Delores to find it again

Shallimar has finally, reluctantly gone to bed, and Coradel sits pensively by the Baron's bed.

There is a knock, "Begging your pardon?" Midwest to the bone

"Enter." Her tone is quiet but clear enough to be heard. She turns to see who it is.

Clem DeBuke stands there, she knows in large part because "Just me, Clem DeBuke. "

"Hello." Coradel rises and looks at her curiously. "I am Coradel....Truthbranch. How may I help you, Ms. DeBuke?" She sounds subdued.

"Well Baroness, I' m the healer Earl DeBuke offered up. I hope you don't mind, I patched up a few folks on the way in."

"Oh. Oh!" Her face lightens, and she extends a hand to the troll. "No, of course, I don't mind at all. Thank you for coming. If you can wait a moment, there's a patient in particular I'd like you to see."

She shakes a hand "Sure, I'm not a doctor mind you. And certainly not used to court. I hope youdon't mind if I slip in the ettiquette."

She looks out into the hall...is anybody there for her to flag down?

As a matter of Fact, Septus, Octo's brother is there

"Septus, if you have some time, could you please...I don't want the Baron to be left alone. Would you sit vigil for a time? Or find Inish, Nansaidh, or Neachdainn, that they might take a shift."

"It would be my honor, lady" He says gently, "You are baroness You set our duties. " he bows.

She smiles and gives the boggan a half bow, then gestures Clem go before her out the door.

Clem follows.

Coradel closes the door to the chamber, then starts down the corridor.

"To answer your question, please don't be concerned about etiquette. Now is not the time for me to be concerned about such things."

"Earl implied that your skills are very advanced."

"Most of my magical choices were based on learning how to heal... for personal reasons. I'm under Mountain Training, not sure if you know what that means."

"It's...that's part of troll Lodge structure, isn't it?"

"Yes, Hearth , Mountain, and Storm. " She follows, "Mountain deals with troll spirituality, and that includes studies of glamour... In my case I focused on any arts I could that would help heal."

"That makes you an extremely valuable individual to have around. Here..." She brings Clem to the room where she's been told Bachdion recovers. "I don't know how much can be done for cold iron wounds, but...anything you can do to help would be very appreciated."

"I have a kit"

She walks to see the satyr, "Sweet Odin's missing eye, even it were a normal bullet he'd be lucky to be alive."

"Then....please..."

"Yes...he...I think the bullet was meant for me."
