Kenning in the Dreaming can be like trying to look at the stars in daylight, but he does feel the diretion of a build up... as if all that is warm and nuturing was being sucked through a great straw of selfishness!

His kenning was never the best... but he heads in that direction.

Racing down, he finds the vast court room which appears to have an EVIL ritual going on... the logos of every coffee corporation are used as marks in a twisted pattern on the floor. Hovering above it, about twenty feet, is a liquid orb of pure coffee flavor! It seems to be drawing in rivlets from other sources, other worlds. Above IT is Siv, with Jo Jo in hand... while arrows are being fired at her by ground troops

A crazed coffee ruler is yelling "Stop the Jo Jo, it must not touch the gather point! Kill the troll, she's nothing! The Flavor is EVERYTHING!"

"Hurtful" sivs says, but she and Jo Jo are pinned down

He rushes into battle, aiming for the coffee ruler and hoping his disguise will make him look like another guard to aid -them- until it's too late!

Sidhe are terrible at disquises because they shine so, but this creature is obsessed and very distracted . So the Fiona Knight in disguise just..acts like he belongs here! And closes , he walks right by some of the archers shooting at Siv

"Grab a bow" Another guard tells him think he's one of them

Siv is inching above, closer to being over the orb

Nah. Make with the surprise stabby on the archers instead, the whole bank of them; one-two-three.....

He downs three of them before they realize what's happening!

Armored arm and blade at work; he must have practiced with this technique. Batter and stab!

Siv yells triumphantly "Keep it up" And then with a rope drops Jo Jo into the orb below

"JO JO!" Jo Jo booms as a battle cry "Jo Jo Flow Flow!"

The ritual has been disrupted, Jo Jo, keeper of the sacred Java flavor sets all to right....

While an arrow is a fearsome weapon at range, close up it's a short stabby stick. And the Sidhe has a long steel stabby stick.

The archers , the ones that can, flee

the evil would be overlord who tried to steal the coffee ... his fate is dark indeed as the seal breaks, a great river seems to come at him, a river of coffee with a feminine voice speaks angrily

"You would seek to stop my bounty? My gift to every hard working man and woman of the world? I AM coffee, proof that the Creator is kind and loves us! Know the wrath of Java scorned!"

He spins, looking for a new opponent.... the Would Be Overload? Oop, no, looks like the Dreaming has that covered......

Guards?

Running for hteir lives as Siv has dropped down from the rope and joined Adam in swashbuckling style...

Fearless, both Fiona realize that the River that is dragging the overlord away is also eroding the keep....... this place is going down soon

"Gargh...." The Overlord cries...

and he is swept away first

"S'go." and he turns, running. No need to stay as the place comes down around them.

And they do, Jo Jo picked up by Siv and she says "Walk slow, back to the explosion . We fiona have a rep to maintain"

"Maybe once we're out?" but he will slow down if the destruction allows him time to do so.

They compromise, going out quick at first THEN the slow down

As they go, Siv says "THank you again, Adam. Is it.. still Adam?"

He uses the uniform rags to wipe himself clean, and his blade, before sheathing it. "Haven't used that in a while, now. And, you're welcome, Siv. Nice to see you. Weird, kinda, but ... yeah."

"Very weird" She nods "Did Nabuni find you? She's a satyress now..."

He looks stricken for just a moment, then shrugs it off. "I don't know. Can't remember." a pause "Glad she's got a place, though. You don't have to tell her you saw me."

"Adam, she doesn't have a place. She left to go to the Dreaming and find you . " Siv relates what she knows "She says you passed your quest, she forgave you and... well... lost you? She's looking for you now. you're HER quest. Are... do you still love her?"

Not judgmental, but worried

"Always." heartbroken "I left the Dreaming where I was looking for her because .... the only reason I would have left is if I found her, and we talked, and .... and she didn't want to be with me. And I did leave. So that's how I know... wait, how do -you- know all that? About her?"

"She appeared as am ortal girl named Bunni... "She tells the story again and adds how Nab became a satyress then says "Oh wow, you.. you wouldn't know about your family. Adam, your mom and dad are ordinary daughter of eve and son of Adam agian. No memory they ever where kithian. But Lily's still a sluagh."

"Anyway, Nabuni seems to remember it differently "

A frown "You two should talk. "

"We did." he says with absolute certainty "But I don't remember it."

"Ugh. I'm sorry. That has to hurt to..." A shake of her head "I am sorry, Adam. She loves you and forgives you, you love her. Your quest is won. I had hoped you two were having your happy ever after"

He takes a breath, exhales. "Great. I... Great."

"Do you know if she can still shape shift?"
