Alexis gives him a blank look at the question.

Then she looks at Klok. "Maybe take sea water as a back up? But all we got is this pot."

Klok shrugs , a tricky stunt for a grandfather clock even a living animate one "Do you-Tick have another place-Tock to store the salt?"

She searches. "Well. Pockets. And...." She looks into her terrible cleavage, and back to the clock.

"did-tick you want sojmething-tock?" Klok asks noting her look but not its meaning

A big grin. "If you want something kept -safe-...."

"Yes-Tick?"

She leans in. "So I put it in my tits, and anyone wants it, they can -try- to take it. Maybe it's a good time, maybe not. Up to them. Wanna try it?"

Klok says "No.-Tock. That sounds dangerous"

"Yeah." She -grins-

Toto sighs "Can we move on please? Some of us live in dog years"

"Yeah. Ok. So water or no? An' where?"

"In the pot I guess if you're salting your breasts" Toto says "BUt you get to be the one who goes down the cliff again and fetches another batch"

She looks around the landscape for something that might hold salt.

She does have socks

These she regards dubiously.

Klock says "Perhaps Tick-I could hold the salt-Tock within my case? Instead?"

She wraps the grains in a handy leaf and stows it in Klok. "You ditch us, I eat you. Got it?"

"Tick-Noted-Tock" Yup. Nervous clock, but he behaves

And, assuming she goes down to get more sea water, it takes another two hours for that but finally they do end up on their way, and have bypassed some threats by taking the long way.

BIC: While Toto knows the area, it is Alexis who manages to avoid the worst dangers of the land ...and piece together where the paths cut through best. This might lead for a duller time, avoiding crocodiles and not getting destroyed by a small landslide- but that's the price you pay for competence. After a night's rest in a Cave, they come out to see the bubble in the distance.

THey can walk to it, but can they get in?

Alexis tells everyone to stay put in the cave and creeps out to recon the bubble.

It's clear, mostly, with a pink girly tint

The redcap sneers. "Great."

Does she touch it?

She sniffs it close first, Kenns it.... Mostly, she doesn't -want- to touch it....

But if nothing else pans out she will.

It's magical, yup, made of glamour

When she finally does touch it, it does not, thank goodness, stick to her. It smells like bubble gum but is as hard as a rock

She grumbles to herself.

"Well?" Toto says

"Fuck. Maybe salt makes it go away? But then.... it warns her? Shit."

She frowns. "I do good inside... -Getting- inside, that's.... that's not.... "

Klok approaches "TIme-tick will not erode-tock this."

"Yeah."

Toto walks up, "Great.. let's see.. heart ...pure" He slams against it, "ow. Okay. That... no" Dizzy

Alexis snorts, disgusted, and puts a finger on it to see if it will open. NO expectations.

Then she gestures that Klok should try.

Hard as a shell, and it doesn't budge.

But then Klok tries, and slips right through "How-tick suprising-Tock"

"Well shit me." She blinks.

"I guess size isn't everything." She grins. "But I know some trolls......"

"Great, how do we get in?"
