Then clears his throat "That is, oh my, what an unfortunate turn of events."

"She can laugh at it better now"

Clem adds "But still"

"Well, and isn't that the point of the Holiday?"

"Well, not PEnnons, no" Clem says

"Mm. Perhaps you have a point."

"Well, I am moritified at the helium Soufle with such fine guests" Kourtney admits "But I suppose at least it wasn't as public as it could have been. I am glad everything was fine otherwise and thank you for your praise of it"

He chuckles. "Fine guests? Miss CC, perhaps. And, Kourtney, this is genuinely an excellent meal. Wonderful technique. Beautiful choice of ingredients. Brava."

She blushes, this time with pleasure "Well sir, if it's all right, later I'd love to talk shop with you regarding cooking and such"

"The pleasure would be entirely mine."

And with that, there is a lovely meal and good If Trollish conversation before a tour of the kitchen where Kourtney plumbs Emerson for cooking experiences and recipes
