"Floral's not bad" CC admits

"A spring themed floral menu." He muses.

"What do you think, Miss June Maude? Is that your culinary challenge to me?" With a sparkle.

"Why not," she says "It's not easy, and you seem full enough of your abilities I think you might need a little humbling" She says primly

"Tomorrow, then?"

"See you then" she says "What time should I expect you?"

"Oh honey, he wants to use his own kitchen. Drop by Kansas City."

"My dear, you would not deny me a home court advantage such as you had?" Shocked.

"Well I..." June frowns "I.. suppose"

"Allow us to provide transportation, a 5 star room so you needn't travel late? After all, it is our challenge."

"Fine fine.." she says "No need for a five star anything though. We DeBukes get by"

CC takes Emerson's hand "Emerson, you know intimidating fancy places can be to some"

"I'm not intimidated" June says

"If you arrive early, and don't care for the arrangements, we will change them. Understand, my nature demands I provide the best." Apologetically.

"I suppose boggans do have their challenges" She says "Fine. Just...let me know when exactly so I won't be late."

"We'll arrange everything, and thank you for being so understanding" CC says

June is prime and nod "Well, I did agree" The boggan can tell she's not all happy about it, but she feels cornered

"Thank you so much, my dear." He offers his hand.

The troll kinian shakes it

She gets both of his hands in a warm grip, but no kiss (Thank Gods?)

She smiles and does not visibly show her dislike, but to him it's pretty transparent. She's not sure she likes these city slickers.

"Come along, dear" CC says

He turns and follows along obediently.

Once out of ear shot, CC says "Thoughts? or wait until we get to the club again?"

"Let's go home. " he suggests.

A kiss on his cheek and off they go.
