At the Farm, Tove smiles "I am so glad you took me here," introductions to Blueberry and her son Stirling are putting her in a good mood

Blinking, Tove realizes she dazed out for a second, not sleepy, just distracted

"No. I don't suppose she will."

"She won't! Star wouldn't, either, of course..."

"Star is a speed freak. Probably lose me and forget me until a mile later"

"Well... she might. But it's safe to fly here, too."

"Wait, how often do you fly here?" She says "I heard they had a Wyvern once"

"Not that often..."

"No no hold on.. as your mother I think I should know... have you got monsters flying up there when you're out?" Feeling VERY protective now

"Not yet?"

Tove looks up, seeing only a red tailed hawk, she says "Okay.. but if something dangerous is up there you come down."

"What if we need to protect the Farm?"

"Well.. I ... you don't want to rob glory from the Debukes, do you?" Tove tries THAT tact

Lanark snorts with disgust, the old stallion is meaner than Stormwake

"We got warriors for sure," Bix comes up "but we're not so proud to turn down a fellow troll's aid, Miss Tove" the appentice to Mountain Frank does live here after all "How goes?"

"oh, it goes well, Bix...but you'll understand if I don't think my daughter needs to be jousting in the sky"

Bix says "Well, I came out to provide some apples to the horses, but if you folks want you can help me feed em. Careful, Lanark will snap fast."

Bix handss out the applies as they like to the ladies "Bluebell's gentle as a lamb, Misss Tove. Why don't you give one to her."

"it's so strange" Tove says as she feeds Blue bell.

"What's strange?" He asks

"Hey, Lanark..."

"Normally this is where a white monkey appears and tries to get the apple from me" She says

"Snow is shameless."

Lanark moves easy up to the apple.

"Snow?" Bix says

"She's...well, shameless is the word"

"She's a monkey." Dag offers Lanark the apple.

"Good grief... watch your fingers of he'll bite them off."

Lanark clearly thinks manners are for wimps and mama's boys. Besides, he's too old to be sucking up.

Lanark is not phazed by brow.

"Sorry, Dagmar, about the only one he respects is Sylvi. Even Chief Clem gets the snorts. Lanark is just too old to be afraid of anything or anyone" Bix says
