"Well, okay, I'm willing to negotiate...."

"Oh no no, it's yours now..." The Varich says airily ... and heads towards what must be the other room "I'll have to settle for this old area..."

"Oh, geez...I've been played, haven't I?" and she braces herself to look at the last room.

It opens.. and... well, minus the furniture

"Depends on how you feel about style" The varich smiles

Sylvi stares. "And again...HOW????"

She shakes her head. "Amazing.

"I think you had a piece of the answer earlier... maybe it was a carpenter who lives here? Maybe a dreamer who has sense passed on? No glamour now, but during creation, a fountain?"

"Probably. And we need to honor that artisan by really appreciating their work. Though...technically...if this is supposed to be a sort of diplomatic station, shouldn't the room for guests be the largest?" An eyebrow.

Nadeen considers this "No. I do not believe it should. Passion before duty after all"

Sylvi rolls her eyes. "So unseelie." But she says it with a smile.

"THey're not going to know they didn't get the biggest room if we don't let them in this one" She points out with a smile "Oh what I'm going to do to this room" Oh yes, so very unseelie.. but fashionably so

"Fair enough. Hey, let's take a look at the rest of the property."

"Oh definitely, let's walk the grounds.." And off they head
