Compared to the lush glamour rich areas of Bergen, Rome new York has been suffering .. the hold opening as a lodge was Dreaming sent dark forces or no. And the Bridge soon finds she's got her hands full negotating matters of Dreamers

"She's a friend" A boggan girl is complaining "not just my dreamer, and he's distracting her from her pottery class just so he can sex her up"

HE turns out to be a satyr guy, who rolls his eyes "Bridge, we each muse our own way... I can create glamour by helping a woman live out her fantasies on me. I don't name names, I'm not a 'nice guy' I'm a GOOD guy... I keep it consentual and private, or TRY too until a boggan starts complaining. "

"Okay...." Sylvi nods as she listens to both sides. "So...okay..." To the girl. "It seems to me that focusing too much, even on the arts, can be dangerous for Dreamers. So...maybe she needs the balance of some, um, physical connection? But..." she turns to the satyr, "you've got to appreciate that a Dreamer who's an artist also needs to be able to focus on her art to create things, too, right?"

Mutters and ggrumbles BUT.. nods from both

"So...do you think he's going so far as poaching your dreamer?" she asks the boggan.

"Well, it feels like it sure" She says "I'm the one who got her to take the pottery class, got to know her, helped her find the joy in creation... then he comes around and pinches her..."

The satyr hurumphs "Really if I weren't a gent I'd tell you just Where she likes to be pinched"

"Pig" the boggan says, thenn goes on "And now she's missingg her practice."

"Look, most women don't think a rigid schedule for their trysts is very romantic" the satyr explains "They don't want to feel like they're my 'regular five oclock' it's insulting to her. And she glows with glamour when we've had those moments. She's beautiful like that"

"Wait, wait...okay, poaching is a serious thing. If that's what this is, we're going to be going to a whole other level." And don't make me grumble about my own scheduling frustrations.... "So...you find she produces glamour from art, and you find she produces it from, ah, sex...and you're both getting in each other's way. If you can't figure out a way to work together to nurture her in a healthy manner, I might have to step in for her protection from both of you."

That causes them to back up "But you don't know how hard it is to find Glamour in this country" says the boggan alarmed

"Yeah, I mean I can't just have sex and she can't just teach pottery to anyone" he says also worried

"Oh, I'm not saying it's easy. There's a lot to be done to nurture Dreamers up here. I mean, there may be a bunch who are hidden because they've never had a chance to find what inspires them. So I get the whole thing with squabbling over a scarce resource...but that's not fair to her, either. Both of you cut back...and come help me when I start getting some projects up and running to try to draw out the hidden dreamers. That way, there will be more to go around. Does that make sense?"

The boggan looks surprised "You have a project planned to draw out hidden dreamers?"

"Well...yeah." As of now. "I mean, it's a need, right?"

"Cutting back is.. gonna be hard" The satyr says "But.. if you're saying there could be a bigger pay off if we tighten our belts just for a bit" he seems to find the idea amazing "how are you going to pull that off though?"

"Well, first, it's not going to be just me. I mean, it can't be. This has got to be all hands on deck. But I'm thinking, if we can figure out what the locals are wishing they could do in the moments when they can stop thinking about how miserable they are, then maybe we can encourage local programs to support those things. Like...like your pottery classes. Other things. Other types of art, maybe a community theater thing, maybe a maker's corner near the local library...stuff like that."

"It's still in the really early stages up here," she taps her temple.

"It's going to need some kithain and kinain to pull some mundane volunteer hours, but the chimerical payoff could mean a steadier glamour source around here."

They nnod and seem intrigued

"I know a guy who teaches guitar" The satyr says "Not my thing but if it helps I can give you his contact info. He's kinian but he's good"

"Excellent! Yes, please, get me his contact info. Soooo....that's the long-term. How do you want to work out the short term? Maybe a sex schedule isn't ideal, but if she lights up either way, then that's a small price to pay, right? And it means she can keep up with her art and her glamour. It's not going to be ideal for either of you, but for the moment you've got to share this resource and nurture it cooperatively."

The boggan sighs "how about.. I let you know the practice times and you donn't seduce her those times?"

The satyr says "Yeah, that's.. that's fair. I'm sorry, I didn't know about the pottery clases before this. Honest."

They seem to be making amends

or at least an acccord

"That's the other thing -- if you're both going to be working with her, you two need to keep up communication. Check in with each other once a week? That way, if one of you sees she's struggling or something, you can both figure out how to help her without conflicting with each other."

"Well, we do have day jobs" she says "I mean, I'm not afraid of hard work but ... "

"And I'm terrible at that stuff" the satyr admits "But I guess we can try to text?"

"I guess we can try" the lady admits

"Just once a week. Put a reminder on your phones. If all's good, just send a thumbs-up. It doesn't have to be a burden. If you want to say more, you can."

"Also, that means if she ever goes missing or something, you know who to contact to help find her."

"No it's cool. You knnow" the boggan rises and looks at Sylvi "I thought this Bridge stuff was just the Chief's way to keep us stalled and not bothering him, kind of like those 'help desks' that never really do? But if you're actually coordinating dreamer finding and such on top of hearing our complaints then, well, I guess I was wrong. Thanks" She offers her hand

"Hey, if there are more dreamers, I figure there'll be fewer complaints, right? In the long run, my job gets easier." She gives a smile. "And then you can complain that I'm slacking."

She shakes the boggan's hand. "You're very welcome."

"ha" the satyr says "I like that. let's all work to less work" He looks Sylvi over but not a leer quite, then he offers his own hand "Dating the big guy with the metal arm right?"

"Mm-hm." She nods with a smile as she shakes his hand. "Storm Colton. You've had a chance to meet him?"

"Yep. Want to keep my spine intact so I will TRY to rein in the flirting" A exagerated dismay sort of sigh "But seriously, thanks for the help and good news" He gives the contact inffo on that kinainn

"Be strong, you can do it," she ironically encourages the satyr's restraint from flirting. "And thank you for this," regard the kinain's info. "Hey, both of you check in with me in a month? Tell me how things are going? I'd kind of like to keep track of who's doing right by their dreamers."

"Will do" they both say and head out, apparently working on a schedule of when things are OFF limits

"Oh this should be good" Flopsy says "Did you just create a project out of thin air?"

Sylvi watches them go, then looks over the contact info she got.

"Welllllll...kinda, yeah. But I mean..." she glances around to check that nobody else is nearby, and then whispers to him, "This place is depressing, and there's not much to do. If that doesn't change, it's just going to get more banal."

"True... this place isn't banal perse but it IS grim.. but the area outside? yes.. " he shivers "I didn't want to complain but, well."

the contact info actually has not just phone number, but email and adress along with the guys' name

And hopefully it has the satyr's name as well, for purposes of contact connections?
