"Depends on what you are smoking."

"Fair point man. I save the grass for after work" A smile "Just cigars mostly?"

"Outside." he agrees "I recommend the back alley; less attention to draw."

"You got it, boss man. " EJ says . His creditials ARE good. He's played defense during a revolution and bought some govt agents time to get the hell out

"You understand the mission?"

"Nobody hurts the lady beauty, no one gets near her without me knowing about it. Treat her better than the secret service. Don't get in her way, but don't let anyone get a way to her: I'm an Island statue until it's time to move"

Stodgepole nods. "She is a satyr." he observes with stunning clarity "You are versed with working along side them?"

"They got the mood swings, and if a fellow is very lucky, he get to have a 'second job' with bennies... but ah.." He eyes the boggan "I don't want on YOUR bad side, boss man. You in charge of the pay roll I hear"

"I am." he confirms "But Miss CC's business is Miss CC's."

"If it ain't gonna make no trouble, mon. But a question kind of related? If she takes some stranger instead of me for a little R&R, I should try to get in the way until we know his or her background? Or you want me to pat em down then let whoever at her?"

"Hm. An interesting question, and one we should have an answer too." he looks to see where Callidora might be.

Callidora is shape shifted to look like a serving girl so she can watch the interview

"I will get back to you on that." he tells the redcap smoothly.

"It speaks well, though, that you asked."

"I don't want to shoot someone she likes and get fired anyway" He explains and rises , offering his hand. "Call me if I get the job or another interview, mon"

He stands as well, and they shake. "I will be in touch."

EJ leaves.

The 'server' says "he's right. I might be annoyed if he shot a lover"

"You are -certain- to be annoyed." he agrees "The question remains, how do you want it handled."

"I have to give up sex with total strangers? "That's asking a lot of a woman, you know that right?"

"Dearest, I said nothing of the sort!" he protests "Should you choose someone, how do you want the security handled?"

She frowns "Damn it. I need to go without sex with total strangers. It's just going to be too big a hassle otherwise"

She moves to bend over to get the glass, in a fashion that shows off her rump nicely "Yes, sir, right away, sir"

"MMmmmm......" he purrs, watching her go.

The next him, turns out to be a her! And full blooded Nocker. She's dressed in a professional body guard suit, complete with ear piece

He stands, nods his greeting, and offers her a seat across from him. "Beverage?" he offers.

"No thank you , Sir. I'm on your list as G. Wilde. If you'll check my references, I'm an excellent shot, and utilize personal tech to enhance my performance. "

"You would not have received an invitation to interview if you were not all of that, with excellent references. Do sit down."

She sits down, the 'server' tends to cleaning

G Wilde says "G is short for Gazelle. I tend to find some men hesitant to hire women as body guards. "

"Well, sir. I was originally in the USAF where I got an electrical degree scholarship but furk, i switched to mp or security detail and found out i excelled . Turns out it was easier to get my shot in uniform than it was in the Civy sector but i wanted a frellin challenge and when my reup came up I declined and took my shot in the civilian sector. Nearly busted my furking ass to get my first few jobs but I lucked out on someone who thought it was 'cute' to play like Qadaffi and took me seriously when a drunk driver almost hit him"

"Impressive." he compliments, then "Thank you." to the serving lady who brings drinks (water, at least) and some small bowls of snacks.

The server offers water to G. G sighs "Fine. Thanks" then she turns to him "Sir? She seems nice, but does your server check out?"

"She does. If you come to be employed, you will learn that we take care of our employees and are comfortable with our faith in each and every one."

"Never the less, sir, if hired I'd like your permission to double dip on their background checks."

"I would grant that request."

"First you have to frelling hire me. What other questions do you have for me?"

"Are you comfortable with securing this business, a private home, and body guard duties?"

"I am, sir. I once protected a woman who was in elder care. Gem iof a lady. I was there with her caretaker and oversaw matters in close quarters so private homes are no stranger to me. I body guarded more than once, including helping a soap opera star who had gotten threatening emails from a stalker. I had the skills to help track down the origianal source"
