"I like the idea of working together" she admits with interest

"Hmmmmm...." He eyes the room.

And so, with that natural boggan knack, the soothsay omens, his gift with mortals, her talents and his arts... lots of things noticed.. revealed.

Once there is a sense of a plan, he takes to hospitality; drinks will go on the house, except for those guests that would otherwise balk at paying. He shmooses, introduces people, makes those connections.

A few plates of food delivered to the wrong, but adjoining, tables, and .....

Meanwhile he keeps his eye keen to watch developing relationships.

A group of four friends in their late twenties, one woman watches the servers with a sort of morbid interest joking about the outfits... others would assume she's just having a light tease. But no... subervience as a life style, serving and being commanded... she wonders what it would be like to be a maid or the like. To be at the mercy of an employer or master or the people she waits on. When she has to go to another table of three businessmen to get her food... she blushes lightly

Emerson brings her a beverage. "May I ask a question?"

"oh yes? Sorry. I'm just trying to get my new york strip"

"Of course, and it will be on the house. Have you ever considered waiting tables? You have a natural talent for service. It's not for everyone, you know....." The way he says it makes it no insult.

"I.." she laughs..too easily "I have a pretty nice job in the company."

"Good." He pats her hand avuncularly. "I am glad to hear it."

"I think he's got a point," one of the business men says

"Thanks... " She blushes "I just should get this..." And the samhain mists make it so easy to influence with glamour

and soon, she's 'helping out' serving. Unaware of the subtle influence that is growing less and less subtle.

A happy sigh, and he looks around.

One man eyes some of the attractive women discretely as he can, hoping his wife doesn't notice... yet he also desies her... ah, the old dream of a three way. Of having just a bit ... more. He sips his drink and realizes it's the wrong sort, and looks for a server to flag down and correct this.

Stodgepole appears.

"How can I assist you, sir?"

"I seem to have gotten the wrong drink. My wife got her martini, but my boiler maker is an appletini"

His wife hides a smile at THAT

"Oh, goodness, that will never do.... allow me to rectify it." He smiles, using his natural talents to look at the wife.

Oh she's not blind.. maybe he has hinted at it before. She knows what her husband would like her to try and she was at first stunned, then amused, now it's getting just a bit silly. How would he like it if she agreed to the number three but with an extra man? She's pretty sure he'd be absolutely against.

And yet there's something that that interests her. The fact her husband got a drink normally considered less than macho just adds to the oddness of this increasingly odd halloween ,but.. in wickedly funny way she tries not to reveal.

Stodgepole picks up the wrong drink and takes it away. He finds CC and asks her to visit the table while he gets new drinks and kills as much time as he can; he wants her input.

"mmm too soon to say. She might be one of those ladies who wants two hard bodied men at the same time and too shy to admit it. Or one of those who enjoys man on man action and wishing her lover were bi. She might like the idea of being handed out to another man and using this as an excuse to dwell on it" CC says "You say you picked up just a touch of resentment and even more stirring interest in something eh?" CC ponders

"Yes."

"out of those options, which way do you think she leans? "

William takes a good look at her.

CC's instincts are good... the wife would like... more. But she does without, stays faithful, and is starting to get annoyed with her husband for HIM not willing to show similar restraint. This is where CC might have read wrong. Handed out? Not quite. Howevewr, being in charge ..listened to, directing him for her desires at last... that she might like. Yes, male or female, she might like, but she would need to be boss of the triangle. And her husband might find himself to his surprise earning his way up the totem pole. She's far too nice a lady to act on these desires, of course. But there is a sense of 'he's lucky I AM nice'. and 'What about MY wild thoughts ? How come he gets to act on his but I don't.. dot dot dot..." She doesn't wish him harm, but take him down a peg or two? One way or another, and then maybe change some rules on her terms? Most tempting

He murmurs. "She wishes to be dominant. For him to submit to her desires, whatever they might be. Some humiliation but primarily, no matter whom else might be involved...oh, and he might enjoy it. The challenge."

"Release the she kracken?" A surprised look then "oh... I see...she's tried to be good. And he doesn't even try. So if he wants bad.. he's going to get it on her terms. I think I'm getting rusty. Well... how to play this up then... make him female while she picks a man for the two of them? He gets his two women one woman fantasy, or shape him into a buck more suited to her desires and then bring in buck number two and let her play white queen of narnia?"

"Let him be who he is, and bring in buck number two to her white queen?"

"She'll need some reinforcement, some ...oomph to assert herself." She says

A sly smile. "I can think of no one better than yourself to give her that."

"mmm you just want a show. I'm going to cheat a bit to save time. Big crowd" She says then kisses him hotly

"Oh, but...." then he's kissed ".... Ooooo..... Dearest....."

"Yes?" She turns "What is it?"

"Well, we can take time? Enjoy it?"

"Don't worry., I won't just whammy and five minutes later they're back again. What we unleash tonight will have long lasting life changing effects." She promises

"As long as we can enjoy it."

"We can... " Stroke "Want me to do anything else? Take thier money and make them remember it as marriage counseling fees?" A wink

"Money.... can come in handy. But not if it will interfere. I can always get money."

" I know, but stolen apples taste sweeter" She winks "Fine.. "And she goes to work. At Emerson's request, she talks mostly.. 'woman to woman' with the lady. Very little glamour or booze used to reduce resistance. THe husband goes out hunting for a third... but finds himself a bit confused as he keeps stumbling towards other men.

William watches with an avaricious eye.

William can help.. and soon a slightly younger well muscled young man is brought to the table... and...well... from there, he can watch it all...social dynamics is a wonderful gift... to see the wife ascending as she breaks the old pattern... making it three as the husband wanted... but not with who he expected, and no, not all things equal. She'll be calling the shots on this..experiment.

CC eases nerves, and encourages.

He can't help but trace fingers over CC's hip as it all comes together.

CC almost purrs at that, and then leaves them be... whispering "Be careful what you wish for, right?" A grin.

He chuckles. "Who next?" Looking over the room.
