CC groans in the morning, "I think we broke the club"

A low chuckle next to her. "You were brilliant."

"Right" A blink "How much do you remember? Like... do you remember where got the new serving girl? "

A pleased sigh. "Last I recall she was scrubbing the kitchen floor but some of the staff were eyeing her in that pose. I don't really recall after that."

"Teasing little minx... probably should get her name. I get the feeling she's a regular hire from now on. I'd consider using her as a maid in the house but really, you make house cleaning fun and we certainly don't need a personal chef." A kiss

"MMmm...." He returns the kiss, green make up smeared across his chest and lower.

She laughs "You look like you were attacked by lime jello. Sorry" A wipe at his chin

A chuckle, and complimentary leer. "Hmmmm.... jello....." he looks her up and down speculatively.

"I know, there's always room" A wink, "Mm.." A smile "I've got a real prize by the way. Her I do remember.. Abagail...wonderful eager young talent. "

"Asian?" Trying to remember.

"Vietnamese American I think. Sweet nineteen... by the time I'm done molding her she's going to be having the audience eating out of her hand. She loves Jazz and this endears her to me" Biases not even hiding.

"Mmmmmmm....." A pleased growl. "Excellent."

"Goodness, you're positively glowing" She says

And he is... he.. helped people last night, he knows that. He helped them the way he wanted not the way they wanted, but he did 'help' them. They'd been introduced to new truths about themselves.

It's a form of musing and revelry that has him powerful in glamour. He was, in his way, true to his kith

"You have that effect on me." The aftermath of the makeup might be a little grotesque, but his pleasure at their teamwork and success is absolutely genuine and even beautiful.

"Well... I had other ideas for Samhain, but yours worked great. mmm was there an older woman with Abigail? I forget."

"There was. A relation of some kind, I think.... aunt? Mother? She, too, is free." A sly smile.

"Oh good for her. Long as she stays out of my way as a mentor" A nod, oh yes. Unseelie Rake..her things...even her student...are hers to show off.

"Oh blast," She says suddenly

"What is it?" Lazy and replete, but not insensitive.

"I wanted to see what the Maudes were like Unseelie. Oh well, I might not have remembered anyway" A pout

"I encouraged Miss April to use my hotel room for safety. And I'm sure May was fine, and June at the farm and safe as well."

"Yeess... but I wanted to KNOW " A nose wrinkle

"Oohhhh...." a sympathetic sound, and he strokes her cheek. "I am sorry, Dearest."

"Oh it's okay. This actually turned out great" She admits and looks about proudly, "New people to become regulars or whatever, dreamers encouraged, and you... and me, both a glow"

"I love you Summer, or Winter... but Winter is fun...."

"Yes, yes it is. I know" a stroke of his cheek, "I maybe in winter for a while. So be ready for greedier, needier, far more selfish me ... good news is I'm told I can be very creative in entertaining myself."

His eye flashes with interest. "So I have observed."

"Well... now the year has turned and we have done our part in it." He sits up and scratches his chest, smearing more paint. "I was thinking to refresh the Club menu; feature some Autumn and Winter dishes."

"Wonderful... I know Teensy will welcome a chance to introduce some slavic fare...might play into the Winter dishes angle. Does Russia HAVE a summer?" Half joking

"Not really worth mentioning." A smirk.

"i wondered" A smile "Anyway I think you're onto something"

"A change up, to make folks who think they know all about what we offer realize they're wrong." approving

"Well, there's something to be said for seasonal freshness and availability, and a themed menu...." wry.

"Tish tosh.. every one knows boggans make the food appear magically when you're not looking" just as wry

"True." Admitting it.

a deep throaty chuckle "Fine. Yes it's very logical. But I think we could also promote it anyway. You and the chefs you've hired get rave reviews, and foodies are ...well darn it. some of them are loaded."

"Mm." He leans over and kisses her. "Should we clean up?"

"Yes, let's... we'll access the damage/gains later"

And the kiss is returned "Shower wit hme? saves water"

"Oh yes, let's." Happily, he arranged there to be a small private shower in the office, and there are a few shower and changing areas for the performers.

and off they go.

Spoiler- they really don't save that much water for some reason.
