"Still, we shouldn't rule out verifying the house as you say."

He nods. "As long as we are examining her more closely."

"Prudent. But what tests to put her to?"

"We could spill a bucket of mop water on her?"

He waves his comment away. "Have you seen a handicap on her?" OOC Player doesn't remember....

"Does she wear it when she sleeps, or in the shower, I wonder."

Another thinking pause. "Dearest, you sat with her.... is it possible -she- has been cantripped to adore Caesar?"

"I didn't sense active glamour about her, mind you, one can miss the subtler magics, but I gave her a focused kenning more than once"

He nods. "I was pondering the 'why.' -Why- would a Dougal seek to foul Caesar's career progress? Why would -any- Sidhe?"

"that baffles me as well maybe we shouldn't think of her as a sidhe for her motivation, maybe it's not about her kith. Why would a woman smitten with a man try to sabotage him?"

"And that's what's important." He says with a fond smile.

She laughs, gives him a light swat and a deep kiss, in that order.

"Mmmmmm..... " He seems to enjoy both, and tugs her gently into his lap. "I dislike that you'll be poking into her background; I'd prefer someone else did."

"I don't." Sourly. "Anyone I would think of would have an end goal in mind."

Another eyebrow and he looks at her. "Hm. Kitten?"

"Zara? " A pause "I... hadn't even considered her" She admits, "But she is qualified isn't she? She is very good. She's naturally curious.. And Caesar trusts her. " A frown, "Only one down side"

"If we have her spy in the Dougal, and learn all we need to and Susian earned our wrath- won't Kitten be suspicious if she finds said Sidhe victim of a haunted heart cantri where she ends up showing her body 24/7 on a web cam in order to fund a charity of my choice?"

Wry "And would that charity by Baroness Brekke's Home for Wayward Trolls and Flood Victims?"

He chuckles. "Yes."

"why don't we fuddle some clients to see some of our serving staff as a young almost statue like Brekke? Not like any will automatically make the connection. The mortals will see a nordic lass, and the enchanted and fae will see a troll they don't know. We'll give her a silver opera glove and let them wonder why"

He seems puzzled. "Entertaining but... why?"

He chuckles. "I will call her in the morning." A promise. "I love your domesticity."
