Coradel smiles as Claire comes onto the field. "Ready?"

Perhaps it's best this is done this way. there are just too many melee contestants to do in orderly fashion. The Herald calls out "When the flag rises, begin the attack. Last man standing. Right of life will be aided by Protocal. Strike not the healers in white or you will be removed from the field."

Claire grins "Oh, I intend to win SO Yeah ready."

Coradel checks her gear, and awaits the word go, but says to Claire, "Well, let us save each other for later, agreed?"

"Agreed. Be more fun that way. I always pick the Gwydions out firrst if giving a choice" A grin "House pride."

"Ha! Well, I'll leave them for you, then. Have at!"

Zara re-settles by August, with eyes only for one warrior on the field.

Coradel also looks to Earl. "What do you say, Earl? Foes for others before each other?"

Sir Earl smiles "Thank you. Agreed. Good luck ladies. Though Ithink I'll need it more than either of you."

Claire laughs, then nods "you will."

The flag raises and the protocol is cast, but as the protacals' effects are mostly 'butcher each other COURTEOUSLY' few feel more than a tingle. A flood of flashing steel and tide of chimeric armor flows into the main courtyard! All is chaos but one gets some help by looking for banners and tokens!! Cries out "Falcons arise!" "Lions Roar!" "Storm, Mountain and Hearth!" "Flamefree! !" "For Firnost!" "Blood Beer and Babes!" "the Silver Dragon breathes !" and so much more!

Coradel does not bother with a clever cheer...merely a lioness's roar, or at least as mighty a scream as she can make sound out across the field.

Zara does put in her ear plugs - huddled down a bit as the crowd's roaring competes with the melee's tumult.
