And off the Scathach goes, moving quietly.

Wenceslaus is there "This is troubling. I've heard of Pentex. There are rumors they're very unethical for mortal companies... ad most of them aren't exactly glamourous to begin with"

"What would they want here?"

"I would have thought this area was long searched for oil and the like.. "

"Whatever it was, it was something they thought they could use an arial drone for."

"mmm I still prefer VCRs to DVDS.. " A sigh

"They seemed.... focused on the 'Hold... but they couldn't have -seen- it, could they?"

"I sensed no glamour on them"

"RIght. So they were staring at the building; why? Is there something under it a mining company might want?"

Cliff considers this, nods, and follows his nose to the Balefire.

And he finds a sixteen year old girl, an Ifrit, on a lap top, doing internet searches

Cliff gives her wide berth, finding a place to settle.

The girl talks to herself a bit

"You will do right by me, father." Tappity

If the silent sluagh is listening, he gives no sign of it.

"I shall find you, and you will do the honorable thing and take me in"

Thenn she notices Cliff "Pardon. Your kind like privacy. Should I leave? I do not need the bale"

"Our needs are not incoflict."

"Cliff Torres." he response politely if quietly.

"It is good to meet you, Cliff. It is my intention to find my father in Concordia, and present myself too him. He will not be able to run this time. He will take me in as daughter, or I shall thrash him" She taps as she searches "For dishonor. If he ttakes me, I will honor him as is proper"
