"Well, we should post signs to start - a reminder. No video surveillance on the property."

"And then? After? We shoot them down, we short circuit them."

"Won't that be damaging someone's property?"

"And that's why we put up the signs first."

"Ah, fair point. " He frowns "Do worry we may end up in some legal kerfuffle. Banal busiess that"

"If I might?" Hope coughs modestly

"Well, uhm, first, I think the baroness is right. We put up those notes... and have at with the guns... but also, we promote it as a beautification situation, The Widow Harkson loves these hills and will not have copriations buzzing about disrupting the sky line AND making noise, driving off the birds " a SMILE "also, I know a few good ole boys who will gladly shoot drones down then claim they swear it was grouse"

Hope coughs and smiles "So should I make that happen?"

Dubh blinks, then looks at Sparrow. His thoughts are clear Is she aware how long she's been doing this yet?

She fusses a bit as she brings this up.

Dubh raises a brow at the 'no question' but doesn't say anything

Hope however smiles sadly, a bit perked up "Would that it wasn't necessary but I'll let her know. Thank you"

Sparrow nods. "Would that it weren't."

With taht, Hope goes off to make it so

Dubh looks over "You think she realizes she's been your 'temporary steward' for nearly.. has it been a year?"

"Yes, well I suggest you keep her" Dryly

A little snerk of a laugh. "I do hope she stays, yes."

"I think the odds are good. She loves this town and has grown fond of you"

"I couldn't do this without her."
