"I think some murals would be nice, of course..."

"Well, I can't paint. I'd have to hire some folks to do the murals" He gives her a slight smirk

She beams.

"Maybe it can be a community project, come spring..."

"I think that sounds great" he nods "I take it I have your official okey dokey to nose around for real estate opportunties, long as it doesn't hurt nature or the like?"

She nods. "Absolutely. And I might be looking for a commercial space - somewhere to open an... ah.. art school? I have funds to invest."

"You do? Oh sorry, not my biz but.. last time I spoke to you you having a hard time" he looked over at Hope "She kept saying she took too much charity, but she paid me back with the most amazing art and still fussed."

"I am not surprised" Hope says

"Well... ah.. with the tragic death of the former Baron..."

"I'm afraid you are looking at the Widow Harkson, his Vegas bride." A wry look.

"I may need something stronger than a beer" he gapes then laughs "SERIOUSLY Oh wow"

"Well, that was AFTER he fell off a cliff. Much more tasteful to be bound to a corpse than a living Balor."

"Hope is worried I am too inclined to give it away, but I think buying a studio is just the kind of thing a rich widow would do..."

"Agreed" Hope says

A grin "You going to encourage her to splurge a bit, Hope? Good. Sparrow is the WORST at looking after gifting herself. Don't let up"

Hope says "Sir, even if I agree with you, I'm not going to do so openly in front of the dear woman. Just seems rude."

"Alright, alright!"

HOpe smiles "But I will make a note she agreed with you that she needs to splurge and also gift herself."

Caesar "Now if only she was into satyr lads who were into pro wrestling and real estate" He sighs lustily then grins "Guess I'll just have to settle for having a nice friend"

A peck on the cheek. "You're a dear."

"Oh geez. I have to get you to meet April Maude... and the kids!"

"I had heard! How many was it?"

"Seven... only one boy" He grins "Love em all.. you want to see pictures?"

"Yes! Hope, do you want to see the babies?"

"Should Coyotes stay away from Acme products?!" Hope calls out exciteedly

"Oh, you know, I think those cartoons would be right at home here. Maybe I should paint a tunnel on a rock..."

"It's rhretoirical.. it means yes of course" Hope says "Babies, noa!" She gestures to the Satyr almost twice as tall as her

"Yes Ma'am" He says and shows them "Okay, the tripplets are.." And he names them, then the twins, then the OTHER Twins!

The women coo and fuss appropriately over the pictures!

"Yeah... you can see most take after their mothers in hair... but winter oh she gave us a scare..."

"Oh, but she's a beauty..."

"Yeah, she is.She looks through you like she knows things you'll never get"

"Wise beyond her years"

"I am sure they will all be grand. Fatherhood sits well on you, Caesar."

"Thanks" He grins broad and wide "My god their a handful. Good thing I'm well off"

"Ohhhh, I bet."

Hope says "You know, Fort Davis can be a WONDERFUL place to raise a family"

"Mom would kill me"

"But you can certainly visit."

"Okay okay. I'll visit, and maybe I'll bring the kids.. two or three at a time mind you" A grin "But hey, how are you on painting nurserry walls?"

"Oh! You must let me make a gift of it!"

"Oh no! No no, the worker is worthy of her hire" Hope says "

"Hooope, Caesar was kind to me when I struggled, and has paid me my worth."

"Oh now, I would not say that..." he says

"Oh, when I was flirting with undoing in that one room flat in the slums - and you and August got me somewhere safe?"
