Now safe, the boggan takes the time to reload chimerical ammo. If Sparrow flies by she might hear "Well, I know now that theire are good sidhe. Looking forward to meeting a SANE one"

Sparrow laughs. "Good luck with that!" And SWOOP-slice a zombie!

and then finally, the last zombie stands.

"Mine" Brynn says

"No way" Byrndar says

Morthwyll says "Remember, we are gentlemen!" A look to the Baroness "Would you like the last, Baroness?"

"Hope?" A look back.

"I don't care who kills it. " She declares

"Well, then, I will take your gracious offer." SLICE.

The poor zombie endeavors to hit her with a chain saw, but it is such a CLUMSY Weapon

and Sparrow might need TWO slices to behead it.. but both follow each other so quicky it might as well be one

And Brynn and Bryndann cheer a Huzzah!

Morthwyl grins, and grabs a chimerical leg.. casting something

And soon, he's whispering, then a look up "Baroness. These were strengthened by a sidhe. And I suspect of Balor, for the sidhe wore no markings of house, but had a sealed left eye

She frowns. "Do we think they are still near by?"

"I doubt it.. they were strengthed an hour ago. " He says "But we can search"

"I would like to make that effort, please."

A nod "Excellent. How?"

"Dame Otha might be of aid..."

"Well, I guess I'll go pick her up. I'm the one with the car. Any of you want a trip back?"

The three warriors look at her blankly.

"You mean.. retreat?" The Dareiann says

"You mean..desert our baroness?" His Gwydion brother says

She roll her eyes, then looks to Morthwyl

"Thank you for the offer" he says "But no."

"Well, I guess that's that. Thank you Hope. We'll manage on foot for the time being."

Hope says "You have my number. I'll be back as soon as possible"

And she drives off to get Otha

Bryndar speaks up "You fight as well as the song said. Liam or no, I was impressed by you"

"Well, glad I could hold up to the rep."

"Pardon Bryndar, I clearly got all the reserve in the family. Still you were exceptional." Brynn nods

And..quicker than you'd think.. Otha arrives, Hope returning

"Wonderful! Dame Otha, we need your insight."

She bows, here in the mortal world looking more the young woman in jeans and sweater.

Sparrow briefs the Aesin.

"So - we would like to see if we can track the perpetrator any."

"So why not track?" She gestures... "These things were not all on the highway, some where off the the side... chimera or not.. they leave tracks" She bends down

"And do I have a better tracker?"

"Better than me?" She glances at the men, then says "Probably not." And she begins to track

"Exactly." And she follows.

And they move on... soon they come to an RV... not unheard of.. but one that has glamoour? Less so.

"Indeed" Otha says "There's a trap laid nearby... " She gestures .. a bear trap? No. one with cold iron shards embedded

Sparrow shudders.

"Gentlemen, prepare for another fight."

Sparrow mantles her wings, the feathers gleaming in the desert sun. "You there, vandal! Come out and answer me!"
