"Well, right now we got someone with wings as our boss. if you can trust someone with wings, who can you trust?" He flutters his own softly

“Are they fluffy?”

She looks at his wings curiously. “They look Very Fluffy.”

"They're not fluffy" he protests "They're ...just.. in training"

She eyes them. It would probably be rude to just... but so fluffy.

“Owls are night predators and I bet you can see everything.” She offers for his pride.

"Especially the stuff in front of me"

“That’s easiest to see with your eyes. That is true.”

Irene whispers 'SO very fluffy"

and off they go to the place they'll find the next childling
