Well, that one he knows remembers herself. he's got to try the ones who forgot. Still.. landing on a tree limb, he shifts to boy form "Seen any soda that needs shaken?"

A sharp glance up, and a flinch away. "I'm allowed to be out now!" And a frown when she sees that she's being spoken to no by some enforcer, but a boy. "We all are. Um. Sodalite? It's blue. But it's overseas."

He holds up his hands in a peace gesture, then kind of regrets it as he almost falls off the limb whoa.. Steady again "I mean folks like me who didn't get the juice to run bright and loose. There are kids starving in AfBleaka, you know? Ye Olde Son of Hark was a real scrooge"

"...not sure about the name. It's not even bubbly, but it has little lines in it." She realizes he is still talking. "I don't have any juice, either." Though she gives him a curious look. "Are you that thirsty? I can find Hope, or someone..."

"Alas, you talk in prose, I talk in poetry, with a side order of cheese if you please. I'm talking about butterflies that fell asleep back in the cocoon? Like... Whops.." He hides his wings as best he can "Wings forgotten. I got a job from Baroness Truthbright to find those who are out of it and bring them back.. among the 'this tall or shorter' crowd?"

She ponders this. “There aren’t any here, just you and me.” Blink. “Did you need help looking?”

"Who me?A macho he-owl type?" Then a blush "yes please" And he drops to the ground

“Well, if they were underground and made of limestone, I could find them in a jiffy.” She taps a foot. “Did you know it used to be seashells?”

“But I’m not as good looking above. Unless you think they’re in tunnels?”

"Sea shells turns into Jiffy?" Surprised Owlpichu face, then he says "It's all about your Ken goes I guess. Mostly I suspect they're doing the kid thing so if they're underground it's only because their bedrooms are in the basement area"

But he thinks about it "But maybe ... can your superpowers find...underground kids?"

“Doesn’t work like that. But I guess I can look with you? I don’t want anyone lost. Not anymore. It was maybe safer before... at least he didn’t notice you.”

“You like the Sparrow lady?”

"Yeah! Sure do.. she's got wings.. so props.. also, she helped liberate us all? SO.. yeah ,shes on my yule list. I was scared at first because, you know, pointed ears, glowing skin, bluebones or whatever it is they have but she's different. Or maybe he was different and more are like her htan him? I hope so. Redheads seems cool"

“I got a bit worried when she started pulling in all these trolls.” Grete admits. “But I guess they’re Rovers, not enforcers.”

A quiet confession "I guess they're not all named Guido? but yeah. I get what you mean, they seem to have feet WAY Too big to let them goosestep"

A glance over at Stew. “Do you think anyone is going to be... mad? Now that he’s gone?” She watches around them, on the lookout for listeners.

"Well, in the movies, villians are like boomerangs... you know, hard, coming back at you with an Ozzie accent..." A frown "But he's dead, so it would have to be a boomerang cousin?"

She winces.

"Uh.sorry?" Not sure he said things wrong or not

“Nothing. Let’s find your friends. Do you remember who they are? Even if they don’t remember you?”

"Sure.. there's Blossom, she's the leader, Bubbles, she brings the joy and the laughter, and buttercup likes to fight"

Pulling out a notepad, she starts writing down the names- she gets through two before... “hey!”

“Are you just funnin’ with me?”

"Uh.. oops.. too many reruns... Look, I'm not of a common kith everyone knows about like yourself, I'm of that rare Pookey Poo kith that has communication problems" he shrugs "There are THREE more powerpuffs ...err patients though. I got the hair color right"

“Oh.” A nod. “I don’t like being tricked, though. I can help, but if this is a joke and you’re gonna ditch me and fly off or something, I won’t like it.” She warns.

"I might put a whoope cushion under a tuckus, but I take the right of Redo seriously"

He holds up fingers in a scouts honor pose

“I don’t think I get it. But okay. Where do we have to go?” She tightens a boot lace and looks ready to trek. “And can you fly, like really fly, like the new Lady does?”

"I can fly but I have to put on my chicken outfit" he admits

“Oh. Well I can’t fly at all, so we’re even.”

"Well you never will with that attitude, no" He says but moves along "You met Ryder yet?"

"Ryder is an advanced form of life who has moved beyond the need for legs" he explains "He does not seek to conquer us, he only wants ramps for his young."

“His young. Uhm.” She notes down the name. But with a question Mark. There are a lot of question marks.

"He's a yes." A nod "now , come on.. I think we got... "They are moving close to a small park.

“Flying is AWFUL. They call it first class but you’re trapped in a metal tube and a million feet in the air with nothing solid and they say oh just have a cookie and relax but you CAN’T.” A shudder. “Solid ground makes sense.”

"Oh yeah, much more comfortable being buried alive" Stew nods then shakes his head

Grete gives the boy a looking over. “You got a problem?”

"With some little bitch with a mouth on her? Nah.. I got beef with this looser" He points at Stew

"Now, Biff...." Stew backs up

"why do you keep calling me that?"

Her eyes go WIDE. "Hey. HEY! I'M talking to you!" She marches forward and jabs the boy in the chest with a finger. "And you got ONE chance to take. That. Back."
