"I don't think anyone will shoot arrows at you. He left, and it's all settled." A wrinkle on her forehead. But they are moving on.

"Do you ever get into fights, Miss Sylvi?"

"Sometimes. Do you think less of me for that, Stew?"

"Uhm.." A surprised look "I'm used to folks living to please me.. but it seems to me that sometimes violence is needed. Like.. when a tyrant is terrorizing folks?"

A nod. "Yup, I'd agree with that. But at the same time, looking for a fight for no good reason makes you a...." She lets them fill in the blank.

"American military operation?" Hopeful

He swats at his left wing "Sorry, it gets loud sometime"

"Fighting for no reason is a waste of perfectly good time you could be spending doing something useful."

"Why go looking for fights? He needs a hobby."

Sylvi laughs at Stew and his wing, and then nods at Gerd. "I'll take both of those answers. I was going after 'makes you a bully' but I like yours better."

"Well, that was obvious." A nod. "I thought you were going for something else." A diplomat, maybe not.

"And.. we are here" He stops at a house

"Don't you know all trolls are blunt and lacking in cleverness?"

Sylvi looks at the house. "Who are we expecting to find here? Somebody forgotten, sure, but...?"

And there is the house.. flat topped, not like they get too much rain.

“I thought trolls were...” a slow glance back after them. “Strong.” Is all she says.

"Well.. it's a girl, but don't hold that against her. They're okay even if they always get to win on cartoons and movies"

"Strong we got, yup. You guys want to go ahead and...I don't know, invite her to play? I'll watch your backs."

"You think that'll work?" He walks up to the door, and knocks.. taking a breath

Grete dusts her hands off a bit and hangs back behind Stew.

the door opens, "Steward? "

"Oh that job's taken" he says "Is Irene here? we wanted to talk to her" He says to the woman who must be Irene's mother

Sylvi stays even further back, on the sidewalk.

"Irene's down stairs... a moment. I'm afraid she's not been herself lately" then she looks at Grete and Sylvi "i'm Mrs. Donaldson. Are you friends of my daughter too?"

"Oh, I'm just babysitting," Sylvi calls from the sidewalk with an easy wave. "Keeping an eye on these two."

She'll apologize to Grete later.

She nods a little. “Can She come out to play?

"Irene!" she calls out "honey?"

"Mom, I almost got high score" A voice calls up

"Oh she used to be more social" She says

Sylvi winces. Ugh...video game addict.

the pooka says "A shame...because Grete here has the new Cyberpunk access... preordered on her tablet"

A grin. Attaboy, Stew.

Footsteps, stomp stomp... "What? I .."

"I think that's meant for older people hooney I .." And Irene shoots past her

"YOU have the new Cyberpunk game?" ENVY . The girl is slender, pale, with unassuming features

Sylvi calls over to the woman, "It has the parental control settings on, don't worry." And she kenns this mom, too.

The mom might be kinian... but the girl? the girl is a fae soul in there all right. One that was awake, now is sleeping

A nudge from Stu to Grete "Show her the thing"

"We were thinking of going over to the park. I can keep an eye on them, make sure they stay safe," Sylvi says, entirely the essence of guardianship.

"well, thank you. SHe needs some sunlight" The woman says relieved.

“Uh? Oh yeah. Pre order bonus.” She digs into her pocket. “It’s a cyber... screw.. driver...” offering something over in her hand, so that Irene has to cup hers to have it dropped in. “Wanna see?”

"Mooom" Irene says "I just wanted to see the game. " Then her eyes light up "YES, Please" And cups her hands

“Bye, Mrs. Donaldson!” And she drops into Irene’s hand... a one of a kind , genuine, A+, high level.... low level? No, it’s just a level. But it has that cool blob of liquid that sloshes in it!

Oh and glamour. A touch of that, too.

the girl's hair silvers, and her eyes go almost animae large, and she says "Oh tahnk you" And pockets it. She is a piskie

She turns and hugs her mom "Mom, I'm sorry I've been such a .. well a jerk. I'm gonna go with them for a bit but i'll be good"

Mrs . Donaldson seems surprised, and delight "Well, now your'e acting like your old self again. yes, go have fun"

Sylvi smiles and waves again to the mom, and then gives the Piskie a welcoming nod.
