"Noooo, I'm the one that pushed." She does look contrite about that, though it hasn't stopped her from discretely pocketing the signed picture. "Sorry about that."

"I mean, ask Piper, I'm a prude and everybody is fine with it."

"Well, I guess it is a sore point with me so .. even steven" She says "And my family isn't ALL horrid. Just.. not for me" Then she looks at Dagmar "Okay so I can have more than one, Or be a prude aRound here and NO one judges?" She doessn't look disgusted, just surprised "I guess I'm really NOT in Kansas anymore"

"You're not a prude! I mean, damn, I've seen that sweet long-haired honey you had hanging around..." A grin.

"Or is she just a friend? No matter, a goat knows how to party anyways!"

PURPLE.

"Masey's really nice, yeah."

Piper stage-whispers to Serenity, "Aren't they totes adorbs when they go all lilac?"

"That's why I have two of my own!"

"Oh god." She hides her face with her free hand.

Serenity's eyes bug out, then she covers her mouth. She WILL NOT LAUGH at Dagmar, Dagmar has been nice

But she's clearly trying hard not to let it out

After she goes a bit blue herself, she dares to breath, then looks at Dagmar sheepishly

Piper is grinning impishly.

"SO, anyways, yeah. Piper's with Siv and Jonas. They're all nice. The twins are really cute. I babysit, sometimes. CJ is fascinated by babies."

"I swear CJ was a baby just a tic ago..."

"CJ is big kid" The Piskey observes, "But a sweet one." Then she smiles at Piper "Your babies get along?"

"Don't get me started on how fast he's growing up."

"Bound to happen" She tells Dagmar

She thinks on how she watched footage from her own childhood and now this. It's almost jarring to see not just her, but all of them grow.

Of course, mom fights like a demon to stay 'youthful' looking while still motherly.

And dad touches up his hair.

Neither of which does she bring up

"Well, we'll make sure you don't have to do that anymore. Maybe a makeover? Change your style, change your hair - you ever want to do crazy colors?"

"Oooh, purple!"

"A purple MOHAWK."

Piper is definitely not the NORMAL "mom" type, if there is one. At least, not the type Serenity's mom plays on TV.

She touches her hair, a vanity perhaps, but then, " Mohawk? I don't.. well, maybe like Storm in X-men 97? You see that? SHe's this this.. it's lONG and a mohawk so it's bare on the sides but glorious front top and back I.. never thought of it. " THAT is a lie. ANd the Gwydion can tell she HAS thought of it, if not the mohawk, messing with her hair

"You should meet our friend Sylvi. She's another troll - you'll pick up there's a bit of a THEME here...." and starts telling Serenity about Sylvi's fashion and makeup prowess.

"Wait wait.." She stops "I've seen her online too. She gives tips like you said. She actually had this 'glitter temptation and how to master it' video that is AWESOME." A fond smile then "Oh.yeah.. they made me clean that off though"

"I mean, we're not all trolls..."

"Just. Um. Half?"

"Hey, I'm glad for so many tall people to hide behind. " She says "Just.. I may need a ladder to reach things"

"Piper and Sylvi run Goldfinch, and that's not a Lodge, it's a music place..."

"It's really nice? There's this cat, Mic, and he's very orange."

"Most of the wilders hang out there more than the Lodge. The Lodge is kinda fuddy duddy, maybe."

"Well, they were nice to me so I'm grateful" She says a bit cautiously "I don't know if I want anyone at this goldfinch recognizing me too soon?" She sees she was too harsh on piper but is not eager for a repeat

"Lodge'll be good for learning, Goldfinch will be good for hanging out, I think?"

She chews on her lip. "I'm kind of... fuddy duddy, too, so. Though maybe I should show Maisie Goldfinch. She'd like it."

"Maise sounds cool . She the one with long hair?"

She nods. "She's a satyr, like Piper." Again, a hint of violet on her cheeks.

Not compltely clueless the girl has her theories also Piper did mention things "She sounds great and like a good friend... or whatever" Leaving it open. She will not become judgmental, not here.

"She's... yeah, she's really great. Easy to be around. Dunno why she puts up with me, but she does."

"puts up?" A blink "You're a hero. And ... more than that, you're helping me, and I'm a total stranger to you."

"Being a hero doesn't make me fun."

"I suppose not" She conceds "But being FUN doesn't make some a good person either. Trust me, I'd rather have a boring kind person than a fun cruel one , and you don't seem THAT boring. Reserved more like"

Piper looks up belated after cleaning spitup from her shirt - without complaint!

"Sylvi runs Goldfinch, and Etsy too. I like the place, it's great as freeholds go, but I really just utilize the studios - or monopolize sometimes." A grin to Serenity.

"Oh, Audio gear" She nods "Nice"

"Piper does music lessons, sometimes, but she's an amazing performer."
