Piper presses a cup into his hand. "We're not accusing you of anything, silly. I'm just worried."

"We both are." She adds.

"It's just nightmares" He shakes his head "I've been having them a lot lately" Then as if realizing how that might be taken "Oddly nothing to do with pregnancy. Evil Cultists in a mall who turn to zombies when you kill them the first time. Being stampeded by horses made of darkness. And melon sized spiders that open your skull, throw your brain out, and take the place of the brain and take over you"

"Geez" Siv says

Piper shudders, "That sounds GROSS. Did you tick off a sluagh or something?"

"Not that I know of, and these aren't thrillers , more raw brutal horror...so a bit direct for a sluagh" He ponders "More like a redcap?"

"That spider thing sounds AWFULLY sluggy, but I suppose..."

"Prissy and Dirk are the only ones around here regualr and I don't see them pissed at you. If they were," Siv considers "They'd just ambush you"

She shivers again. "I don't even like the LITTLE spiders that eat flies."

"The spider one might have been" He admits "But I don't htink I've done anything to the local sluagh either. Maybe it's just nightmares?"

"Are you eating too much before bed?"

"With the way you cook?" He says to her with a touch of humor

A snort. "I'm getting pretty good at microwaving!"

"YOU do most of the cooking here, jerk" Siv elbows him "Though I have learned more from Aunt Kerri"

"I don't think so. I haven't noticed any weight gain" He looks at his own six pack abs

Piper resists an urge to explore them herself.

"Maybe you should talk to Vali? He's, like.. good at this stuff. "

"I don't want to be in the way" he says

Piper gives him a PINCH!

Tiny fingers are good for that!

Siv nods with semi understanding, then as Piper Pinches yells at him "SEE THE BLOODY MOUNTAIN"

"OW" Then he claps his ear that just got yelled in "Okay okay"

Piper giggles! "Double-team power, activate!"

"Brutes, both of you" He sips his coffee "It's probably nothing. I just didn't want to worry you, but since you're worrying anyway, I'll go."

Siv grins at Piper, "Normally he likes it when we double team him" A wink

A snicker. "Go see him, just to help our worries, and you'll get another double-team when you get back."

THAT makes him take notice "Really? Might a fellow get to pick the ...adornment, that he might be seduced in?"

"We'll see. If you don't show up, I'll let Vali pick." She teases.

Siv gahs "Ah now you've killed it for me" A nudge to Piper "You know how HARD my mother and da pressed 'This is your UNCLE Vali' when I first met him? I thought he was handsome when I first met him but they wrecked that"

Piper cackles

"Good" Jonas observes to Siv at her 'gah' then he wags a finger at Piper "Bad" At her bringing Vali into it at all "I'll go after breakfast. How about that?"

"Ooooh, can you make french toast?"

"Sure" He perks up "We have Syrup?"

"The maple that Siv likes, and the PROPER stuff, 'Pancake Syrup'."

"Bah, none equal you in music, but your tastebuds..mmph" Siv says

"Pleanty for both then, move aside, ladies. I have work to do" He flexes playfully and puts on an Apron that says "Kiss the Cook" and gets to work

"It doesn't taste right unless it comes from a lady's head!"

Siv breaks into a giggle at something

Piper settles back and watches him. "It's better when he ONLY wears the apron, isn't it?"

Blushing??

But then she nods "Aye."

"Do not distract the cook" He observes "The cook needs to focus on the Toast al France"

"I know I asked for french toast, but I'm admiring the buns."

Siv leans over "They are nice."

"My keigal excercises at work" he says deadpan, then wiggles his buns just a bit while pretending he is unaware

She hoots in appreciation!

"GOOD work out results" Siv purrs a bit

"I feel bad for complaining about your gym time now."

"Good" He says smugly

"Petty man" She tuts
