She has her phone and takes down his info. "Perfect," she says with a flirty smile.

"Hey, Yoel... check this out" Someone calls.

"Nice to be in demand" Yoel flirts back "Pardon me. See you later. " and he heads off

Siv offers Sylvi a drink "Good hunting that" And Sylvi has time to take a breather.. and sort things out

Sylvi accepts the drink and takes a seat next to Siv in the sun. "Yeah, maybe. But also..." she takes some time to share some of her suspicions with the Fiona.

Siv listens then frowns "Okay. There ought to be a right to safe haven at parties. " Ignoring that she has spied parties

"Well...doesn't that mean that we'd have to offer him safe haven? Which we kinda did? I mean, it's not like he's actively messing anything up that we can tell...just gathering info."

"But for who?" She wonders "Darn it, Symon's too distracted or I'd suggest he see if he could follow the fellow" A beat "Then again, if the fellow hits underwater... good luck"

"I better stop drinking then" She says "And I could do it by turning into a pike"

"As long as he doesn't try to hunt and eat you."

"He's Yellow Perch. I would be doing the eating" She smirks

"Fair." She thinks for a moment. "I know those swim trunks might just be his fish-colors, but you don't think they're house colors, do you?"

"Possible" She admits "he's likable enoguh to be Leanhaun, but you best hope he's not Gwydion. Otherwise not only is he chatting folks up with pooka skill... he knows every darn lie said that isn't his own"

"Listen, I know you're waiting for Piper and Jonas, so if he leaves at a bad moment for you....just...forget it. I'll figure it out some other way."

"Aye" A frown "Course he could just be allied..." A look at Sylvi "I.. I think they'd understand if I took up the job. Sides, of late I've about seen that maybe I need to be more dedicated than I have been in all walks of life"

Brow furrow. "Not easy to be dedicated to everything. Too many scheduling conflicts."

After a pause, Sylvi says, "I can come up with an easy answer...but that sounds like too deep a question for an easy answer. Sounds...more like quest material, you know?"

"No time for the quest" she shakes her head

"So hit me with the easy one?"

"Well..." She tries to phrase it the right way, then gives up and shrugs. "You care enough about both of them to basically embody him and 'father' a child with her. I mean, Fiona notwithstanding, the Dreaming definitely seems to have helped you out there. Seems like a pretty clear sign that you have a duty there. To your family."

A smile "Aye. Thanks. Maybe that's what... aye. That's a good duty. I hope I'm a good Mor to the little tyke or tykette. Thank ye, Sylvi. That's.. a simple and good answer."

"Might not be your only duty, but it's a good foundation. You'll know what other duties you can take on based on how well they work with that main one." She gets back to her feet. "Listen, I need to make sure to talk with Zane before he leaves. Hang in there, okay?" She gives a wink and a wave, then heads off across the party again, checking to see who Yoel is talking to now as she seeks out Zane.

"I will" she waves back. And watches Sylvi go She's so much like her mother some days it would scare her to know

May has one guy approach her while she's with Sam and Lupe. Lyron checks his hair, and says "Hello, pretty lady. Want to dance? Music is pumping"

May looks at this gorgeous guy, great dancer, and says "Ah thanks, but no. I'd rather hang right now with my friends. I..." A smile "We've been apart awhile. You understand"

Lyron grins "Yeah, I get it. Maybe later, but either way have a nice time ladies" And he departs

"Lyron's a decent guy."

"So you know, for later."

"Later" May smiles "But decent or not, I'd rather hang with you. " A thought "wait, Sam? Are you seeing anyone at Rutgers? "

She shakes her head. "I don't date."

"Oh." May says "Okay. Won't poke at it, but that's some pretty lady or fellow's loss" and she toasts her friend with her soda

"I hear that. We are all foxy catches damn it" Lupe raises her own
