Symon eyes the pooka, whose response he missed for a moment, watching Cairrean. "Better be careful who you claim the title 'King' around, round these parts." He eyes the hand, checking perhaps for poison, or a buzzer, before taking it in his own clammy one.

"Damn," Sylvi mutters. "That makes perfect sense, but I didn't think of it."

"And, yes. Long enough." Symon's answer to the question is not especially welcoming further comment. Though, it is a damned pooka, he might get another question in.

No jokes for or TO symon "Oh y eah, the Kings... powerful family. Troll mafia?"

The sluagh nods slightly. "Near enough. Cross one, you cross 'em all. And you can't be clear just by avoiding trolls, they like to deputize all kinds of kiths. Stay on your toes."

One King has a werewolf on her shoulders, facing off of May and Jimmy with a volleyball.

Maybe not realizing that the confidante hook has him.

She glances back towards Yoel and Symon. "That puts Symon in direct contact with both snoops. We should talk with him about it, after the party."

Yoel says "Wait, it's a trol llodge with all sorts of kiths deputized? I always thought they were monocrhomatic"

Soon Cairrean is pulling herself out onto the dock, squeezing water from her bright red curls. Symon pulls his gaze from her to narrow on Yoel. Thoughtfully he says, "Oh, yeah. And Sylvi, she reports straight to the Chief. Family, you know. The mafia tie analogy is real. THIS party is almost like.. you know, recruiting from the locals. You should ask her if you want an in."

"THanks" Yoel says and seeing the Clurichaun come out , "Three's a crowd and counting hurts my head so.." He moves away fro mSymon

A blink, and Sylvi asks Lucia, "Hang on...is it possible that Symon is playing her?"

"Cairrean, I mean?"

"I don't think so...?" "She says "He seems geniunely smitten?

"Hmph. Drat."

Soon Cairrean is seated on a beach chair and Symon is drying her hair for her, their conversation unheard. His hands might be clammy, but nimble, and he apparently knows how to braid!

A boggan MIGHT catch a thundery look from the lake as Symon braids that red hair... might not. Easy to miss.

Lucia blinks and looks between Dagmar and Cairrean "Oh my god this whole day is delicious gossip fodder..." A guilty look at Sylvi "I mean.. important to finding out how to help folks"

Sylvi sighs. "I should get back to managing our new guy."

"Hey, as long as I get a front row seat to hearing what you notice, that's the best I can hope for. Boggans gonna boggan."

"Sam, I don't believe in these things. They're just superstition" May is holding a Dreamcatcher

"Hey, it's also decorative" Lupe points out

"Listen, sometimes believing in things makes them true. And I believe in it."

"OKAY, for YOU" May HUGS Sam with one hand "I guess it IS special because you loaned it to me"

"And if you have a hard time sleeping, just call me - okay?"

Sylvi catches sight of Dagmar handing May some kind of gift, and they're both smiling...which makes her grin. "Glad that's resolved."

"Lucia, thanks again...you're doing an amazing job."

"I will" May says then "I'll read your notes on my script. Thank you even more for that. It.. it means everything"

"I'm gonna work on the other ones, too."

Lucia nods to Sylvi "Getting a bit high off of it. Better than a headachee mind you which can also happen. Remind me not to gossip? I may blurt"

Siv is..drinking beer

"Like reminding you would work? But okay...don't gossip." Sylvi gives a wry grin, then heads back to Yoel.

Lupe nods "me too. Don't like the horror one too much even if it's well done to be honest " Because I fucking LIVE it "But the vibe of the first one? Cool"

Yoel is now chatting up Siv and her beer "You got a local brewer?"

"Not me, but in the area, yeah" Siv says then looks up to see Sylvi "Hey, Sylvi. PIper and Jonas will be a bit"

"They're on the way, though, right?" Sylvi asks Siv, standing near Yoel.

"Yeah" Siv says relieved . She is not a push over at drinking. Big girl. But she's got a buzz going and between that and the news from her lovers they were on their way she's looking more relaxed now "We're going to be all right"

Sylvi smiles. "I figured you would be."

Then she looks to Yoel. "Sorry, we got interrupted before. You were telling me about your dad. Is he 'living the Dream' as it were?"

A shake of his head, "He lacks my good looks and imagination"

Siv lounges. Her jacket parted, she's now catching rays in a bikini. A few openly admire

Hey, even Sylvi's gotta admit there's a lot to admire about Siv's figure.

"Mom, too?" she asks Yoel.
