The event goes on and then some, but eventually it must end. The party isn't quite over, but it is both winding down and spreading out into the streets

"Do you think they'll have any signings or chat with the bands?" As the crowds start to bleed out, she stands on her tippy-hooves to try to see if there's a glimpse of the performers

"For the main act at least" Siv points . Looks like the Fu Fighters and a few trusted are hawking their CDs and Shirts... and happy to autograph them, but she doesn't see the Muggleborn. THen again, it's possible they're still back stage

A sly look. "I'm gonna try to sneak backstage!"

"Want me to create a distraction?" Siv says helpfully

Jonas ahems "Is there anything I can say to deter you?"

"Nope" Siv say "Let her have her fun. She's a wilder. We are wilders. What's the point of being that if you can't follow a whim?"

Jonas relents

Piper beams at Jonas and kisses one of his broad arms, as high as she can reach without a boost, and winks to Siv. "You're the spy, my captain love, but I can probably manage to sneak in if there's something else for the security to look at..."

Siv looks at Jonas "mind if I hit tall flirt mode?"

"It's best you do," Jonas says dead pan, "You can't possibly pull of short flirt mode"

Siv snorts at him good naturedly, then says "And since you suggested it, Piper I'm guessing your okay with it too." A wink, and she sashays towards the security guy in the way to back stage, soon pulling his attention away

Piper grins - normally she'd have enjoyed watching Siv flirt with an unsuspecting fellow, but right now she's on a mission, of sorts, and meanders nonchalantly towards the backstage area.

she closes in, no kith is as adept at stealth and eavesdropping as a satyr.. oh wait, that's a sluagh.

She closes in it and hears the Muggleborn talking

"I'm telling you, she was fae..." A hiss

"You're sure?" Another said "okay, not to sound weird, but what's the problem? The wyld ones are on our side"

"THe code of the order is pretty clear, do not muck with fae business"

That sounds... fairly ominous. She considers...

And decides to stay quiet and try to hear a little more.

"Are you kidding?" Another male voice "Maybe that's your rule, but our trads aren't as paranoid. What did you see? I heard you working the spell into the tune"

"Little warning would help wit hthat " A female voice

the first voice, the guitarist who she got closest too, says "Horns.. I saw horns"

She swallows, hard. They saw her. Now she backpedals, trying to sneak out again.

She vaguely recalls tales of wizaards, will workers.. but some are friendly.. there was a Fellowship of Pan mama said could be trusted... some Estatic Cult that understood that passion is magic

There is that, but... she also remembers Adam, at the time her lover, being possessed, trying to reave the Balefire, getting his finger sawn off...

"NOPE." She says mentally, and attempts to sneak out, back to the safety of her troll companions.

(Dex plus stealth again)

"Did you hear something?"

"A lot of whining is what I heard, the order doesn't make the rules for all of us... but if there are fairy folk here we should..."

but she's slipped too far away to hear the plan

She looks for Jonas!

Then, she pauses, and turns back towards the stage.

I don't need them to protect me, do I? I mean, sure, I -like- it when they do. But... maybe I can handle this.

She does see Jonas, who is sipping a drink

Siv has a crowd around her as she flips her hair

They're HERE, that bolsters her courage, and she makes a decision. Turning back around, she walks straight up to the group, not bothering to hide her footsteps. "So you're the Muggleborn, eh? A little on the nose, don't you think?"

Her hands are held up, showing empty palms in the hopefully universal 'i come in peace' gesture.

The guitarist who spoke of the order blurts "Don't curse us or our descendents" HOlding up his hands in a gesture to show he is unarmed .. .or maybe surrendering

"Looking strong, there Devlin" another one says rolling her eyes

"Why would I do that? You guys ROCK." She does make a symbol then, throwing up the metal 'horns'.

"All right!" ANother guy grins, returning the gesture .. she feels that energy gain, and he beams wider "Daughter of Pan, may the circle of music in the wood always be open to you, may shepherds remember you in the morning with a smile on thier faces... may.. damn, I forget the rest of it. I'm Clive"

Devilin seems to recover "You liked our music? I was a little worried I dropped the beat when I saw you"
