"I don't think it's really for me, yeah? More.. like, I could be a guest, maybe."

"Whatever is best for you" She moves to her daughter and puts a kiss on her cheek while Dagmar brushes "I know you love the Lodge best , and it's where your duty lies. I just think it's nice we have closer options for you to visit when you do want to be a guest"

"I'm worried about my friends wanting to go there and, like, what does that mean for the Lodge long term?"

"Oh I am sure that Freeholder or not, Sylvi's going to get in REAL trouble if she doessn't come to her mom's table for dinner often." A consideration "And frankly? I can't see Symon giving up the lodge either. He thinks trolls need careful tending."

"Well, a lot of the satyrs and pooka don't come to the Lodge that often anyways..."

"I've noticed. Basil's sained but he hardly goes"

"Oh honey she is... the Chief entrusted her with being Goldfinch's first freeholder for a reason. Maybe Goldfinche will be a mews, but the first step ouside it's door is Rivervale Barony. It will need patrols around it from Rivervale. Which means some go betweenn IS requirred. And like I said, she better not skip her mom's meals"
