"So what?" Lupe says "Yeah, we rule whatever school we're in. But there's no rule saying we HAVE To leave the area. Otherwise Rivervale would be empty in five years"

May nods "Yup. This town needs firemen and vetenarians and teachers and ..."

"Burger flippers" Lupe adds

"I was going to say nurses next... but yeah, some burger flipping required but point is, we can stay if we want to" May says

"Yeah, but you're gonna go... like, to New York of Paris or somewhere big and grand..."

May blushes "I do, but I Kind of wanted you guys to tour with me"

Lupe says "And my mother would give me SO much for if I moved to freakn PARIS"

"I mean, I'd like to go places..."

"You got yanked around lots, from shit hole foster to shithole orphanarium or whatever" Lupe says "You got a right to sink roots in deep now that you found good people. Screw others if they got a problem wih that. They can visit YOU on Christmas"

"Yup" May agrees

"Yeah" Lupe says firm and fierce "And.. you know I got ties here. Duties right?" Reminding of the pack

She bites on her lip and nods.

"So.. I'm gonna stick in this area too" Lupe says. "And May? She'll go out to the world then come back after a week and tell us about it"

"Good. Now, let's bitch about this STUPID school system that can't get it 's shit together for sports right" Lupe declares

Is that a carrot in there? Eh, a phone. But maybe it tastes good.

May grins "Hey you don't want that. You want this" And she pulls an apple out of her back pack "And ignore Lupe, she's surly to bed, surly to rise. Your son is beauitufl and so are you"

Tail swish, and ears forward. She DOES want that apple! A sly glance around, checking for any sneaky monkeys....

"Oh, you know how to make friends for sure..."

Snow, who did not know the apple was there, has gone off.. at least .. at the moment

"Here, it's all yours" May offers "Any friend of Sam's is one of mine"

Crunch! Delicately, though, her lips just brushing May's hand. A POLITE horse, if a greedy one.
