Anne Marie is getting fussed over by Kenna who seems truly concerned, and Anne Marie is fussing back. It's odd.. like a care off

With the boggan distracted, she risks. "Snow will get better. Brogan helped."

"If need be," Olgar says "I'll take her to the dreaming to help her get full mojo back. Normally she'd be vulnerable, but I know a safe place"

That earns a smile. "That - thank you. I'd owe you."

"Ah, Unseelie code isn't as big on that, but if it helps you, you can bring me a six pack sometime when I'm on a trod" He says

"I'll ask Dad, sure."

Jaymes grunts ("I suppose. Just try not to have too many adventures on the trods and miss dinner")

"The horses are smart. Snow, well..."

"A dream of happy gluttony, yeah" Olgar says

"Pardon me" Kenna says, "Dame Dagmar?"

She sits up straighter. "Yeah?"

"I understand creatures that were dear to you have suffered . I am sorry this has occured and hope that you, the Chieftain, and I can make him rue every breath for the rest of his life" True

A grunt and a nod. "Coward has been going after innocent and helpless things."

"Yes, he's trying to hurt Anne Marie, to drive her to foolishness in order to prevent harm from others." She says much the same as Brogan did

Anne Marie says "kenna!"

"Well, it is true" SHe says "You were this close to trying to slip out earlier I suspect"

"Well, then a boggan should know how much more it would upset a gaggle of trolls if she did that."

"Anne Marie is smart."

"Standing right here" Anne Marie says with a mmph

"Yes, she is" Kenna nods "And of course, as a grand dame, she needs to set a good example for we wilders or we'll be lost without direction"

"Not . .not even subtle, either of you" Anne Marie fusses

Kenna lets a bit of a smile escape her face at Anne Marie's fussing, as if she missed the sound

"So, you know what we NEED is you. And you safe."

"And trolls get grumpy when they can't protect. It's like telling a boggan not to help."

"Or, man, trying to get Symon to go up and get an award."

"Humph" Anne Marie seems to be losing her fight on the subject "Well, we Lees are strong willed"

"Right, which is why you'll be strong enough not to give him what he wants."

"I..." A pause as.. Anne Marie realizes she's kind of in a corner on this.

Kenna looks impressed and whispers 'Nicely played"

"This is the part where we get cocoa?"

"Oh.. fine! Cocoa it is." Anne Marie throws her hands up dramatically and goes back to the kitchen

Kenna blushes and admits in a soft voice "When I was a childling I told her she acted a bit like Kermit the frog when she got aggitated" A beat "I would never say that to her NOW, of course"

Snow appears to be asleep, and Kenna asks "Hemlock again?"

"Seems to be. Dunno. I left the apple out there."

Jaymes grunts at that "I'll get it" And heads out

"I would like to offer you an antitoxin to carry on your person. It won't be one hundred percent, but it increases the chance of survival" Kenna says

"Would it work on horses? Spark is an idiot, too."

"Yes. Yes it would" She nods "Spark is young?"

"Yeah, foaled just this past summer."

"Oh yes, very young. Good thing it's being retrieved. Young of almost any type like to put anything in their mouths"

"Yeah. Stormwake despairs, and Star... did you know horses can sigh?"

"Oh yes... " she says " I ride from time to time. They can be quite the characters"

"Maybe you can meet them, sometime."

"In happier times I hope" She says

"Yeah. Soon."
