"I know you love em, the songs that I sing, what the crowd goes insane for, I enflame their minds, the way I rhyme, cuz my finger's on time"

A light blush as her daughter eyebrows but she keeps on, strubbing "Lalalala warm it up, the fans are waiting. Lalalala Warm it up, the Fans are waiting."

Jaymes peeks in and blinks, then looks to his daughter ("She okay?")

Wide eyes, little headshake. ("Your Wife is crazy")

He smiles back when his wife makes eye contact, and as she focuses on a repeat verse looks back to Dagmar ("Yeah. I'm getting that")

Shrug. {"You married her.")

Grin. ("Guess we're stuck.")

"Once they get enthralled, everyone looks my way so, I'll maintain my charms, while they all enjoy the show, get to singing, until it's under their skin.. passions minted, from the tunes I've sent"

Slight smile back ("Guess so. Ah well")

"Yup."

The song ends "Are you two talking about me?" She asks

"Hmm?" Innocent face.

She raises a brow, but then turns her attention on Jaymes "And you?"

"Looking for the keys to the truck" He says as if oblivious to them not 3 feet away

And yes, that's a lie, but well darn... it was well done because he really looks clueless.

Tove sighs, "here" She moves under her husband's arms and gets them "If they were a snake they'd bit you"

His eyes glance down, and widen, then, he looks a bit surprise pleased by something, like he just discovered free cake.

Eyebrow?

THIS gets him a suspicious look "Those grew in the first trimester" A dangerous mutter "or perchance were you happy I found the keys?" There is only one safe answer here.

Grunt nod keys.

He takes them "Work" ("Better get to work.")

BROW From her, waiting.

He kisses Tove gently, and she is mollified returning the kiss.

Connor waits patiently by the truck, clutching a paper sack that shows some signs of grease staining on it already.

Then he looks to Dagmar "mmm" ("Love you, daughter. Be well")

"Mm." ("Love you too.")

Tove pats his ass as he departs

And Jaymes opens the truck door for Connor , passenger side , to let him in "Ready for work?"

"I brought lunch! Pork chop smammiches!"

Jaymes has his own lunch pail but nods

He hops into the cab, plucking out his over-sized cap that hides his ears and buckling up. A wave to Tove out the window, and with doubled energy when he spies Dagmar.

Gusty sigh, eyeroll. ("Mo-om!")

"Then I packed a pork chop sandwich for breakfast AND one for lunch!"

Tove smiles at their daughter "We're married, and we're in our own house. Not like I Patted him during one of your track events" A smile though "Which I will TRY not to do"

Jaymes chuckles and once in the vehicle, Connor and he are off. Connor maybe in for a surprise, as audiobooks with school studies his grade level maybe played in slow periods.

WIDE eyes! ("TRY?")

After the car pulls away, a slouching figure is seen on the edge of the driveway. It's Symon!

"Well," Tove admits "I am feeling a little hormonal, for obvious reasons- it's not all tears"

Then she turns "Who is.. is that Symon? I can't tell if it's Symon or that tree is casting shadows again"

He steps forward - keen ears, and says something. Then a few more steps closer and it's audible. "Morning Mrs. King. Hey Dagmar. Thought I'd see if you were walking to school today. I never see you these days."

"Nice day to walk." She agrees.

"Can I get you something, Symon. We have some.. seasoned buritios"

"Ummm... maybe for lunch, yeah, I'll take one. Though school lunch appeals pretty well." A bit of a smirk.

"They have this way of making green beans that aren't actually green... and am not sure they qualify as beans anymore."

"Not sure what that says of our education system" She prepares one in a sealed wrap for him "You poor things"
