A handsome brown-haired boy, tall, and also carrying a chimerical staff; mortal as the day is long, though he is enchanted.

A smile breaks out on the sidhe's face.

"Hi Adam."

While there are sidhe that are more glorious to gaze upon, Carawyn is still a sidhe, and he just looks, well, impressive as well as handsome. "Friend of yours, I take it?" He says to Dagmar, and nods to Adam a greeting.

Adam freezes, blinks. "Uh."

She nods. "Yeah. Kinain, part of the Lodge."

She jerks her chin at Carawyn. "New Guy, Adam. Adam, Sir Carawyn - new guy."

"An honor to meet you, Adam. You can call me Carawyn if you like, Carter when we're around the unenchanted." He offers his hand

Adam slowly takes Carawyn's hand, shaking it suspiciously.

"Hi Dagmar." Quietly. "Sir."

"Like Frank." By way of explanation.

The grip is firm, warm, and friendly, but yes, there is that .. off feeling.

"I think I'm going to like this lodge's policies," he says approvingly, "Too many holds are blind to the kinian."

"Oh." responding to Dagmar's ID of the guy.

"We have a couple that are involved, and some that do their own thing." Shrug.

He shifts his grip on the staff, and nods. "Was on patrol."

"Yeah, me too. Taking him to the Lodge to see Chief. Or Frank or Kerri, I guess. Whoever's home."

"I hope it's no trouble," the sidhe says "And I can wait if need be. " He looks around "This is surprisingly verdant country side."

Adam nods. "Which patrol did you take? I can finish it up for you while you're doing that."

"McGillicuddy's."

"She's in a MooOoood."

Adam gives a grunt of distaste, but nods. "Ok. I'm on it."

"Is this woman infamous?" The liam looks over at them both

Adam says nothing.

"She's like Oscar the Grouch and Red Forman had a baby."

The sidhe actually chuckles at that, "Well, I like to believe there's something good in almost everyone."

"Deeeeeep down."

"Super deep."

"Like, what's that? The trench thing? Mariana?"

"Wow, that's impressive," He says, "Noted."

The lodge comes into view through the trees - Nordic, and troll-sized.

"Speaking of impressive," Carawyn says "i do believe I'm going to need a booster seat"

"Ok. So. I guess I should go on, then." Adam glances at the troll. "Good to see you, though, Dagmar."

"Yeah... thanks for helping."

"nice meeting you, Guardman Adam" A nod from the sidhe

"Sure thing." He shifts his weight again, and nods. "Ok. See ya, Dag." He nods to the Liam and heads off towards McGillicuddy and town

"Seeya..." She watches him go, thumb drifting to her mouth for a nervous nibble.

The sidhe , if he notices this nervous tic, is too polite to comment as they approach the lodge to enter.

As for Adam, he heads towards McGillicudy...

and sees a friendly face, which is not the sort of thing one expects. His mother is jogging!

"Mom?!?!"

"Hi, honey," She says. While she's wintered up a little, the outfit is a bit tighter than it would have been. "You okay out here?"

"Yeah, just on patrol."

"How much do you get paid for this?" She asks tilting her horned head

"Uh..... I don't. I mean, I don' think anyone gets paid to do patrol."

"It's just.... you know, part of the deal."

"Mmmph. I don't like you being taken advantage of." She fusses and licks her hand and smooths his hair, "That's rising up a bit."

"Your son is hanging around with Freaks!" McGillicudy opines loudly!

"Mom......"
