Adam looks at the French teacher's house with some distaste. "Ok. Let's go." And out of the car and up the walk....

"What is your problem with Mr. Le Cute?" Nab says

"Eh. Start of the school year he was trying to be all in my business. He's backed off since then."

"That's ONE version of the story" Vali says from the yard

Adam startles and rolls his eyes before turning towards the troll.

"Sorry, Mr. Gardner. Is my dad here?"

"Mmm" Vali raises a brow "Tes excuses dégoulinent de sincérité" Then he said "Yes, your father is inside. Finishing up some touches on paper work. " Then he waves "Hi Nab."

"Hey, Cuties" Nab wiggles fingers

"Thank you. Is it ok if I go in to talk to him?"

Vali opens the door "After you"

"Thank you." He goes in. "Dad?"

"Adam? What are you doing here, everything okay at home?"

His father rises

"Yeah, everything is fine. This is Nabuni; she's a chimera that lives in my room, and she's my friend. Nab, this is my dad, Kyle Thomas."

"Oh, so that's her name" He nods "Nice to meet you, Nabuni"

"Thanks I..." Nab blinks "Wait, what do you mean 'so' that's her name?"

"I didn't know your name" Mr. Thomas says simply

"But you've seen her??"

"well, glimpses.. and heard things" he says "Really son, I don't want to make an issue of this. Every teenage boy has... imaginings" Ahrumph

A pained sigh and pathetic look at Nab.

Vali is fighting a smile

"Your son is quite the gent, Mr. Thomas" Nab says , with a sigh, brief, over oppurtunity lost

"She wanted to meet you and mom." Muttered.

"Well, about time. I didn't tell your mother about her because, well, women don't always understand somethings" Kyle says sympathetically

"Don't let Olgar hear you say that" Vali smiles though

Nab ssays "We cool. I tihink."

"Son, while you're here, I have a job for you" Kyle says and ..soon, Adam is doing some odd tasks
