Oh yeah.. this is not... ah.. this is too big a leap for the Amira he knows to have just decided on.

"Happy to help," Stripe says

"Uhhh.... yeah, Amira, it's nice. Real nice."

"Thanks," Amira moves back to Stripe "I don't know why I was so ashamed of my body before"

"happy to help" Stripe smirks this time "Look, Adam, it's nice talking to you, but Amira and I were heading some place so.. y'know"

"Yeah. Yeah. Uh. Dude, can I ask a question?" Adam backs up just a bit even as he asks.

"Just make it quick will you?" He says

"Did you do that thing?" Quietly. "That satyr thing, singing? To her?"

"Better" He grins, "now, later man" He turns with Amira and they start to head off

"Not so fast there, hoss" And a woman strides in. Athletic, but with a dog tail and ears (English Springer Spaniel if you know her breed) with beautiful brown eyes, and a kind of easy casual walk like she's used to getting things done. "Mind if play through? I'm with T.R.O.L.L..." She opens a wallet, flashes it too fast to see, then says "What seems to be the problem here?"

Adam opens his mouth to speak, then his eyes bug out and he snaps it shut, turning away, tensing.

The mortal boy turns stiffly and starts to follow the couple down the steet.

Tiffany blinks, "What the ..."

Nab says to Adam "She just spoke to you, you can talk back. It's safe."

Adam hesitates, but seems to remember that breaking his oath would hurt Nab maybe more than himself. He explains to the dog-girl quickly. ".... and he said it was better that that music thing they do. Amira's not like that."

"Dude!"

"It's true!"

"I don't know what you mean?" Amira says confused, "Why should I be ashamed of my body?"

"See?" Stripe says "I didn't DO anything wrong"

The pooka woman puts an arm around the younger satyr "Hey, I'm with you. Darn narcs get annoying.. I mean, it's not like you..."

"Enchanted her, then used chicanery to remove her sense of modesty" Stripe finishes.

Tiffany raises a brow and nods "Right... "

"Which isn't against the rules" Stripe says

"Wait, you..." Amira looks down at her ouftit "I ..."

"hey, here we go, how about this" The thane says "Wiggity woggity woo" And gestures at Amira.

What happens then is hard to say. It's like the glow around Amira grows BRIGHTER for a moment

Then the middle eastern girl gasps then rears her hand back and SLAPS Stripe HARD

Satyr stamina aside, it was a good shot as his head turns side ways and there's a hand print of red, or least pink.

"Oooo snap."

"Damn it" Stripe flares, only to find a revolver under his chin.

TIffany has a gun, a revolver, under the boy's chin. "Pstt... jackwad. See that girl?"

Strip gulps

"Yes.. I .."

"No you don't," Tiffany says "You can't see her, because if I find you looking at any girl you whammied with artificial emotions, I don't care how 'not against the escheat it is', I will spill your brains on the floor and take my two weeks with leave like the good cop I am. You don't see her. And if you see her, you must be looking the wrong way. I suggest you find her in other places where she's not, becausse you just lost the right to approach within a hundred yards of her for 3 moons. SHINEY BIG DISCO BALLS. Kay?"

"I.. I don't know which part is a lie??" Stripe is terrified.

"Can you guess which part isn't?" Tiffany says.

"I'll.. leave her alone and not go near her." Stripe says

"GOOD boy. Now...get out of here before I call the pound" Tiffany says

Stripe beats feet.. err hooves fast as the gun is removed from his neck, running and keeping running

Amira had cluthed her arms about her blouse but is also gaping in amazement at the dog woman with the gun.

Adam swallows at the sight of the gun, holding very still.

He did, however, drift closer to Amira before that.

"I.. thank you" Amira says "But if you shot him.. it would be a violation of the... "

"Eswet?" The pooka turns the gun on Adam, and shoots him.. with a quick squirt of water and winks

Adam jolts. "God damn it...." weakly.

Amira looks at him, "Language." Then a smile

Tiffany says "I'm Hot Action Cop TIffany, work for the Buera's Chief"

"Uh. Hi. I'm Adam." He looks at the other girl. "Are you ok?"

Amira nods "I'm mortified, furious and acutely aware that I was immodest. and now feel modest again"
