While she waits, Dag takes a minute to sort-of clean... shoving laundry in the basket and making her bed. In the Ironhawk house, she's not allowed to get too slovenly to start with.

And sure enough, about 15 minutes later TwoBit raises the alarm, and Dagmar can hear Sylvi talking with Tove briefly before coming up the stairs.

Dag has pulled out a couple t-shirts - beloved, but likely less than cool. Superheros. Viking jokes.

Her new Rutgers jersey from camp.

Sylvi looks in her bedroom door. She's carrying her laptop bag and a portable makeup kit. "Hey. How're you feeling?"

"Better. Lots better. I wasn't sleeping so great before."

"I'll bet. That was bad. Nightmares?" she asks while setting down her gear.

She shakes her head. "More like... too hot, or too cold."

"Ugh. Well, glad you're better. You look better." She takes a look at the shirts that have been pulled out. "Are these ones you like or ones you don't like?"

"...Ones I like?"

"They're short sleeve, but I could wear them over another..."

"Or the hoodie..." There has been less of the hoodie this summer, though still long sleeves.

A bite of her lip. "You know...look, totally off camera and everything, I don't even have the laptop turned on, but...can I see what's up with your arms? You might be able to wear the short-sleeve stuff...it might not be as bad as you think."

Dagmar blanches a little, lips thin.

"I guess... I guess you saw some of it..."

"Yeah. And...I mean...it's from before, right? Before you knew who you are."
