Gwen looks over the creations, "Okay, the banana one makes me laugh" she says in that dead pan trollway

"Bananthony."

"But I think mom likes strawberries better" Gwen nods "How much for two of them? "

"She can pay you in money for one, exposure for the other" Madern says, though he hides a bit behind the troll

"Uhhhh...."

"OH! You FART-WAFFLE!" Madern gets a glare.

"JOKING JOKING" He says

Gwen gives Madern a look, "I was not part of the art clique, but I hung around them enough to know that offering to pay in exposure is not a way to make friends." She then looks back at Thistle "I'll pay cash for both, or either, if you want to just sell one . They 'look great"

"I.. uh. Yeah. I have a price."

"Um."

"No rush, think on what you feel is fair and let me know when you decide" Gladiola doesn't want to pester for it

"F...ifty?"

Gwen nods "For one, or both?" She asks

Her spirals are yellowish. "...Seventy five for both, friends and family discount?"

Gladiola smiles "Let's make it $80. I don't want to cheat you, but I DO appreciate the discount"

Madern nods "I was about to say, have you seen what some places charge for dinky little stuff half this size and not nearly as good? This is quality" He says. His handss on the Limmon which he somehow picked up while the other two were talking

There Gwen nods to the piskie "Saw this 'lady bug' for thirty five bucks, the spots were screwed up and it was no bigger than my thumb nail."

"Well, that sounds like a crock."

"But. Um. Okay. Eighty."

She sticks out a hand, before Gwen can realize how much Thistle is overcharging.

Gwen shakes the hand ""I'll take the strawberry one and the banana face one"

"You want me to box'm and wrap them fancy?"

"That would be great, and thank you. " She says "Let me go get the payment. Cash okay?"

"Yeah, yeah, sure."

She nods and heads off

Ernie watches her go, then looks over at Thistle.

"You know I've got a part time job as a Private Eye now right?"

"Yeah, I heard."

"So I notice things, detailed things, things..some might want hidden" He sounds a bit like he's trying to do radio narration from an old 1940s serial

"For example, you got another one in the shelves you didn't mention, it's behind a larger one."

He points.

It is much smaller than the others, simplier too

And she does not recall making it

"...I didn't make that."

"You didn't?" he peeks at it, "Okay, the brillaint detective is confused. I just figured you were hiding it"

"Think I'd remember it. Is this some reverse stealing prank?"

"No, but that's a great idea I'll have to use sometime. I didn't know you had the fruit frogs until just now either so I wouldn't have time to set the joke up"

Chime Citrine beams.. in both senses of the word.

And Thistle notices her little buddy has clay dried on her tiny fingers.. yes, of purple and white

Her spirals bloom a happy orange. "Well, lookit that!"

She takes the tiny frog, and moves to set it on the Brag Shelf.

"Do you think she did it on purpose, or was it just monkey see monkey do?" The piske asks

"Oh, this idjit has two whole brain cells." She adjusts it, tweaking the best angle for display.

Citrine , praised with her TWO Brain cells appraisal, flutters haughtily, that's like.. TWICE as many as most Nevers!

Unfortunately, haughty flutters mean you don't always look for where you're flying so she thumps her head on the bottom of another shelf

Ernie smirks "Oh clearly, two"

"And absolutely not three."
