Danica gives a thoughtful nod. “Grimwald is known to keep to his workshop, a secluded area in the outskirts of the Freehold. It’s a bit of a trek, and he is quite reclusive, so gaining his cooperation may require some persistence. His workshop is on the edge of the woods, close to the old ruins.”
She adds, “He prefers not to be disturbed, so approaching him directly with a clear purpose and perhaps a token of goodwill might be your best bet. If you don't have anything in mind, you could draw dross from the hold stores. These thefts would reflect poorly against Silverwolf if they come to light, so I feel confident that the Barony would not begrudge this request.”
“If you’re set on consulting Zane, you’d have to catch him when he’s in town, which is rather unpredictable. However, if you do manage to locate him, he might be able to provide a magical solution to the problem.”
Danica considers for a moment, then continues, “You have two paths before you: seek out Grimwald for his technical expertise, or attempt to locate Zane for a magical approach. Choose wisely based on the urgency and the nature of the trap you think it would be best to set."
