Blossom calls out "Message by bird, from Darkgate! I think it's from Linnae!"

Briar asks, "It's not OUR bird. Can we eat it?"

"No... if anyone were going to eat it it would be my hawks, but it's a Dark gate raven and they'll want it back"She carries the message into the hold

"Aw." A little disappointed.

Glass howls

Briar stops, turns, and howls back! "What is it, girl?"

She goes to the kitchen, not into the kitchen, but the roof over it, she's looking at it "AROOOO!"

Briar cranes her head back to look up at whatever Glass is howling at.

For a moment, she doesn't see ANYTHING, but glass has a great nose and.. wait..is that a shoe lace danging? It is! it's attached to something, but there it is

"Intruder!" She exclaims with wicked glee! She starts climbing up the trellis that holds Marigold's roses and ivy...

"Shit" can be heard up there, and the shoe lace vanishes

Blossom is inside reporting

Rochollar says "Aunt trudy? We got an aunt trudy?"

And the redcap climbs up the trellis with scary speed.

"BOO!" She pops over the edge, hands in the air, teeth bared, like a comic cut-out of a monster.

A figure with Silver hair turns, and says "Holy shit" And tries to leap over a gap from one part of the roof to another

Thistle hears something land on top of her workshop area!

Briar's toothy grimace is a big grin now, this is FUN! Of course, a Redcap's smile is no less terrifying - perhaps more.

The Piskey leaped with amazing skill, Bluebell or Nadeen would be impressed by his Pakour

HOwever, Briar just scares gravity into not trying that again... and makes it across after him. Not right on top of him though, darn it. He's got a lead

A light drop on the rooftop of the workshop. Followed by a THUD.

Fornax is startled and sqwawks. "WORD?!"

"What the &%()( is goin' ON?"

"Did ya'll mistake my roof for a gorram TRAMPOLINE?" She pokes out to see. Fornax is tucked in the pocket of her apron.

And a Silver haired guy with purple eyes looks down "Oh.. uhmm ignore me" a look behind him "crap. Redcap. "

Thistle sees him, yup, about 6 feet above her on the ledge

"I caught a trespasser!" Briar boasts!

"Ignore you?"

"You're a weird-lookin' nocker." She squints.

"You haven't caught Di.. oh sh.sheep dip, you're a kid" He started to yell at Briar, then "Pardon me, yes, weird nocker coming through" He drops near thistle in a roll

does he have spirals on his cheeks that weren't there before?

Briar is now above him, but he's down there!

She looks between the newcomer and Briar, and back again.

"...the beep?"

Chime nevers swarm about to see the newcomer

Briar is impressed. "That was a pretty cool fall! Thistle, bite him! Stab him or, I dunno, drop an engine on his foot!"

"He probably is after the Baroness's JOOLS!"

A skeptical look.

"He's kinda scrawny."

"If the Baroness has jewels I respect her choice of pronouns but .. pass!" and he says "And where did these nevers come from? there's like 6 of them ?"

and he is.. he looks thin, and his voile is a mess, some blood, lots of rips, and plenty of dirt and mud

He also looks close to Thistle's age
