One of the nevers has flown over and is, oh dear, tugging lightly at the tip of one of Aiden's elegantly pointed ears.

An aristocratic brow goes UP.

"Is there something in the workshop that draws these little ones near?" Having noticed.

"You seem to have a lott of them. " He ponders

"Not sure? They like watching, and playing with the paint."

She also tries to gesture at the little silly bothering Aiden, to hopefully coax is back into her orbit.

"I might be able to set a no kill trap for em, then drive off and relocate them elsewhere. " the journeyman nocker considers

"Just leave'm by my space. They don't bother me."

Aiden tries to shoo away the little blue-green one that is now toying with Joker's halter, and it takes this as a NEW game, darting away from his hand, and then coming back!

"Oh, c'mon..." Thistle pats her pockets, searching for a distraction.

"Maybe Blossom's birds need to scatter them off more oftten"

That from Dee, thouggh she doesn't sound sure

She twists a gum wrapper into a shiny folded star and waggles it to catch the Never's attention. "I hope not. They eat them."

The never is entraced by the shiny bit and zips over. Aiden considers this, and looks to Wudlig, and back to Thistle.

"Wudlig, I would like for you to work with Thistle on your first project. Develop some... I mislike the term trap, but consider how moths and insects are drawn to a flame? A contraption that may draw the nevers attention, and retain them within for later release, lest they interfere with work from all three of our Nockers, staff, contractors, and fledge alike. Fill it, if you wish, with bits and bobbles that may entertain them, perhaps mirrors or a maze that may amuse, and they mightn't not even realize they've been tempted away."

To Thistle, he adds, "Though birds must hunt, and fae-touched hawks may see Nevers as their rightful prey, this may prove more humane over all?" A question there, requesting her opinion.

She nods, eagerly. "I know they can be.. uh... flighty? But they're really sweet and innocent little things. So.. they just need a playroom-daycare-distraction-center-thingy."

To Wudlig, "Is this a fitting challenge for Bannerhouse Combecatte? You must not only attract them, but also keep their attentions, or provide ample distraction that they know not they are contained."

"I was working on an agility course for them, maybe we could adapt it?"

"MMmm furk yeah, I could do it. I'll need thistle's guidance on these guys, as she seems an expert, but.. yeah, lure them in , some kinnd of maze..maybe one that's aesthetically pleasing... " A look to Thistle "Yeah, something like a labrenthy slash show room slash playground for em"

"They like mirrors and shiny things, yeah, but also music and colors..."

"Set it up right, they could provide light near that garden, or for a walk through hedge maze while they do it" A scrratch os his chin

"Like fairy lights!" She laughs.

"Maybe even some kind of chimerical... diode? Spots that could charge up from their lights, and preserve all the colors?"

"You know? You're not dim" He nods approvingly "I don't think you'll be a drag on my work" high praise

Aiden smiles, pleased. "I'll leave you to it." He hitches up Joker using the rope provided. "Unless you have any questions for me?"

"NAh... Dame Dee there will show me my room later if hat's furking okay?" He looks at her

"I get it. You wannt to brainstorm now while i's hot" Lavender says 'Not a problem, Journeyman"

"Thank you. Lavender, do you care for a ride? I wanted to hear your thoughts on the yearlings." Inviting her to ride with him.

"Delighted, Lord!" She smiles and follows her liege

Wudlig has taken out some sheets and is scribbling notes "We're gonna need a shifting mobile maze to let them alter heir flight patters. Maybe a rotating Double Helix"

"Plus, novelty will keep it interesting..." She sits right down on the ground, to lean in and help sketch.

"Right, we're talking super short attention span here"

"Flying goldfish, yeah." Several of the Nevers have re-centered their orbit around Thistle. One or two perched on her head, another darting after her pencil as it scratches along the paper.

"Goldfish? Not a bad idea to put in some goldfish designs.. bright, scalled.. might be their thing. Better yet if we can give them cittrus flavor"

"Bells for sure... tiny windchimes? You could tune'm..."

"Mm yeah, probably betterr than music box gears, less parts to futz with for them"

The longer the pair work, the more Nevers collect.... most of them perching on Thistle, but one or two set on Wudlig.

Wudlig looks up "Does the balefire glamour taste like sugar cane around here or something?"

"Aren't they everywhere? Marigold said they're Nevers, like Neverland. Like Tinkerbell!"

"Chimera are wide spread dreams, but they're not furking everywhere. Little fluff heads are like any chimera in that some places are too banal for em. But even in other holds I've never seen this many."

"Well, they're always here. They're everywhere except school, seems like."

"School too banal for em maybe" He ponderrs "Everywhere else though? Your mortal home, at shops, etc?" His designs keeps forming, combination hamster cage, egg beater, aquarium, labyrinth and knick Knack set up

"Uh-huh. Even my Dad's house, which is a ways away. School gets pretty cold, so I only see them if I go outside for lunch."

A lift of his head, "Everywhere YOU go?"

"...Yeah..." She cups her hand, catching one of the little pixies.

"I'm never alone, really. There's always chimera."

"Sec. I wana test something" He ponders "Okay... I'm gonna go to the garden, you stay here. I'll be back"
