A tall troll, well muscled and with long blond hair back in two long braids. A wilder, in her early twenties perhaps, and wearing the armor of a thane. She wields a long battle hammer which shows signs of many years of use, and a shield that looks brand new.

Handsome more than pretty, but not bad to look upon, and she has a classic beauty in a Nordic way, though nothing to compare with any Sidhe of course.

"We came veiled again, Thane, Wudlig wanted to see if the veil wood work on fae too and.. then we had a malfuction with the wheel" Colton says then looks at Wudlig "And what did we learn?" AMused

"To do a practice run sooner" Wudlig says

“Chieftain Hewitt is not with you?” She asks. “did his duties prevent him from coming?”

Adam sips his drink.

Her troll stoicism hides her disappointment, though Colton may get a feel of it.

"Chieftain Hewitt is... "A concerneed look "Forgive me. I appear to have lost my chief" Alarmed he moves to check

She looks to the Nocker. “You must be Journeyman Wudlig. Thane Linnea Marshall.” And to Adam, she asks, “I do not know you?” A thane’s guarded greeting.

He bows. "Adam Thomas of EarthRunes. I'm here as apprentice to Sir Sergei, our Master of Hunt.

Linnea offers him a hand to shake. “Be welcome, Apprentice Adam.”

He bows over it instead. "Thank you."

The nocker nods"At least this time Ididn't risk a ticket" A smile "A pleasure"

A minuscule frown, and she pulls her hand back. “If you get ticketed, see my sister. If it was unwarranted, she may let it go.” A small smile. “Our Steward has laid a generous repast, and later we will go for a ride to see the autumn sunset.” Her gaze following after where Colton left.

And where Colton left, Hewitt appears... is he carrying a wild boar?A dead wild boar?

"Pardon me folks.. I may need tae change tabards"

Adam blinks. "Jeeze."

Linnea’s eyes widen. “Tell me that is all boar’s blood, before I call for a Balming. Those tusks are cruel and we’ve nearly lost a dog to those beasts, even armored!” She moves over.

Adam goes over too as the others move. "Can I help you with that, Chieftain?" At least he picked up the man's title.

Her tone is admiring though, not scolding.

"MY armor held fine, gash in the greaes, but not me" Hewitts says "And Linnea, you must please consider this a gift to you... and Silverwolf, as it might otherwise be seen as poaching. Do you like Boar?"

"Ah no, lad" Hewwitt says to Adam "Tis really just a wee little piggie in the endd. Well, not so wee as others."

"Uh. Yes, Chieftain." And he backs up, watching.

Her eyes gleam. “Silverwolf accepts this bounty. Of course, once it has hung, you must come back for a proper roast.”

She reaches to take the boar - her arms also capable of the heft, but pauses. “Let me show you to the meat freezer.” And will guide him to where he can set it down and clean up.

Hewitt says "Well, if I must then, I must. I shall not have it said Darkgate neglects duties. " And he follows her lead "Thank you kindly"

Wudlig ponders "Get your girl a bloody boar? I wonder if that actually works on all trolls or..."

"AHem!" Gerd says

Wudlig turns "Azure light in my other wise all too dim night"

And he looks away, sipping his drink.

He scans the rest of the grounds.

Two figures come back into view from a trail that curved around the far side of the main house. “That’s really all there is to see. I know that it doesn’t look like much, but that abandoned gas station lights up like Christmas morning on Mondays and opens a trod to EarthRunes. I’m sorry you’re not here to see it, but the sunset over the forest is just as good a show, and we get to see it every night.” Danica explains after showing the Emissary around the grounds, past the kennels and mews, and even the Trod that isn’t part of the normal tour.

"It's a secure trod? You haven't had any trouble with it?" Sylvi looks off in the direction that Danica pointed.

"I know the EarthRunes raths are really well-guarded, at least the ones I've seen."

Adam notices that Gerd and Wudlig have gone off to talk.

She shakes her head. “When our fledge has used it to visit, Sir Ivory of EarthRunes came to guide her. I do not believe they ran into any trouble. It has seen seldom use, but perhaps Sir Sergei will visit again, and Dame Calanthe...” A pause. “I do not like to gossip. But they have visited each other several times. They would be better to ask about the state of the trod.”

Sylvi grins at the little tidbit of gossip dropped there. "Well, I know Lady Calanthe is enthusiastic about birds of prey, as is Sir Sergei. I imagine they have a great deal to discuss."

Everyone seems to have gone inside. Unless there is a lone kinain still standing out on the lawn?

Sylvi catches sight of said Kinain. "Thane Danica, have you met Adam?"

Still at a bit of a distance.

“Do you plan to stay just for the evening? Our steward set up rooms in case anyone cared to remain overnight. Or if they overindulged.”

Adam may THINK he has.

She looks just like the troll he just met.

Adam has turned and is trailing in after the others.

Different outfit, a single braid, and different weaponry though.
