Suddenly it went much smoothly after that. And with it, Plumbing, restructuring, as much as winter allowed- and for some, the heating units NOT kicking out now and then, or rattling like pots and pans in a blender, proved a welcome relief

A certain Clurichaun realtor, who might be guilty of fudging a little here and there to make a sale of her own, turns out to be a great resource in how to find those loopholes!

Perhaps the biggest surprise out of the blue is the 'no pets' policy is rescinded! This causes animal haters to look for less soon to be furry or feathery pastures

There IS a limit on size, but not much of one, and some warning that a one pet per house is best (Aquariums not included)

And it's possible some of the folks moving out are replaced by kithain, kinian, or at least artsy dreamer types
