"Well, is there a way to ERASE it?"

Alanza looks a bit wide eyed

"I'm working on that." Zane says "Look, I also have to see someone about another item with another problem so all I can promise is no one else will get to see this for now, an then later I'll figure out how to erase it"

"Another item with ANOTHER problem?" Alanza says "You collect these things?"

"It's ..complicated" Zane says

"No one's gonna have to know." Adam says. "Whatever that thing knows stays with it, and if we can erase it then not even that."

"And if we can't erase it?" She says a bit worried "I feel like someone peeked through the window of my soul and took pictures"

"It's a Fiona hold, no one is going to judge anybody here" Zane says , "Right, Adam?"

"And that sucks and it's wrong... but it wasn't on purpose. And yeah, you're right Zane. Judgement-free zone."

Mildly mollified but not too much "It better not" She warns

"Zane?"

"it won't" He says, and makes a crossy heart motion

Adam follows suit. "I'm really sorry, Alanza, it was a complete accident. We didn't know what it did."

"Then why buy it?" She asks

"It's magical and I'm trying to learn about magic" Zane says

"Pretty much my Dude in a nutshell." Adam agrees.

"I suppose as an Eshu I can't blame anyone for leaping before they look" She admits

Adam chuckles. "We could be dangerous; eshu, saytr, and.... me."

"Yes, and you the oddest of all" The Eshu says

But she kisses Adam on the cheek to take any sting out of it

He seems sheepishly resigned to it. "Anyway."

"Anyway" Zane says "We'll make sure no one abuses this"

"You ok with that, Alanza?" genuinely concerned.

"I guess I'll have to be "Arching a brow "Let me know when you can erase it"

"Zane, you better get on it. We can't let so fine a lady with such a beautiful spirit be worried about something like this."

"Yes, you Adamness" He sighs "Soon as I can"

"Thanks, Dude." with a grin.

Alanza gives the satyr a kiss on HIS Cheek "And thank you for letting me know. Not every guy would"

"Zane's a stand-up guy." he volunteers.

Zane grins, and waves heading off

Alanza watches him go, then she says "You two are good friends. "

"Yeah. I'm lucky he's stuck with me." Adam turns from watching Zane go to Alanza.

Alanza says "A friend on the road makes any journey more joyful" She says "I hear there are some big wig visitors coming soon."

"Yeah? Who? Hey, do you have a minute to talk?"

"I thought we were" She smiles

"Yeah, I mean.... let's not stand in the hallway. Uh. Want to go to my room? To talk!"

A brow "Oookay. To talk" A nod and she readies to follow

He takes her hand as they walk to his suite. He sticks his head in and scouts.

He sees Nab in a small form

He grins, makes a small wave-gesture, and ensures it's just the three of them.....?

.... and then leads Alanza in, turning as he does to walk backwards.... which hopefully keeps her attention on Adam and not really scoping out the room. "So this is, like, the common area. I have a suite-mate. And that's my room." He points at the door.

"Right.." She looks around

"C'mon, let's sit....." he shows her to a plush chair "Can I get you anything?"

She sits down "No.. legs work fine" A smile

"Ok." He grins and sits nearby. "Ok, so.... I like you, Alanza. And I'd like to see where it goes."

"It appears to have gone to a plush chair" She gives a smile

Adam holds up a pointer finger. "Which is not the same as sitting in my lap, but I see your point."

"Maybe we'll run a few laps later"

A grin. "Sounds good. But, uh.... look, there's this chimera and.... we're bonded. And some girls have had kind of a little, a minor, problem with that. We worked around it. But she's going to be part of my life and I thought I should bring it up now." He says the last sentence pretty quickly. all in one go.

"What's your chimera do? Say the word 'Moist' over and over?" She says
