Adam takes his borrowed book and walks down to the Lodge parking lot, and away. He keeps to lesser-used walks and out of the way areas, to avoid questions as to why he's out and about. But, even for a relative new-guy, he's found a few places a guy can be alone and unobserved. So he goes to one of them now; the park, but not the playground equipment.
