"Bet this isolation hurt your April fools fun huh?" She says

"Oh, some of us still managed it" Zane smirks

Adam smirks RIGHT back.

"Good to know" The woman chortled

"Yeah, April Fools was ok." Adam agrees. And sips.

While she waits, the old woman asks "Mind if I play?" Gesturing to one of her guitars

"Nah!" Adam seems interested in the idea, actually. A bit of color on his cheeks.

And she gathers up one, plugs it in, and strums her fingers along the strings in a complex rhythm that's dizzying to watch, pleasant to hear

Zane grins

Adam is captivated.....he sips.

Another Riff, then she smiles "So you boys are helping old folks out. I Appreciate it. how can I repay you two?"

"Know any bored hot girls our age?" Zane jokes

"Well, yeah " The satyress says "In this very building"

Adam perks RIGHT UP.

"Yeah?" He sips, finishing it. That's followed by a slightly disappointed expression, but he doesn't complain.

"Oh sure, lots of Kinain family here,some of them cooped up, and some have teen age daughters. A few Kithain too"

Adam looks at Zane with wide pupils. "What do you think? Gotta have a reason to visit....."

"Well, clearly it's our job to make sure the enchanted among them know that the Chieftain cares about them"

"Yeah! And there was some Glamour here and there coming up here, right?"

"By gum, we have to investigate"

"Practically my duty with being nearly a Thane and all." Adam agrees.

"So as a good citizen it's my job to tell you two who is wear?" The satyress looks VERY amused

"Yeah!" Adam says enthusiastically.

"Well, for starters..." And she begins to fill them in.

And they get a list of about 4 attractive girls their age, and 2 boys... though Zane informs her Adam's not so into those.

Adam looks curiously at Zane; after a beat, he offers the boys names to him with a question in his eyes.

"?" Zane seems clueless

The bourbon makes them a bit flushed.

Adam shrugs but takes the names and sticks them in his pocket. "Ok, thanks, Miss, uh, sorry, thanks Estie." He grins a bit foolishly.

"It's quite all right. You two seem like nice enough boys," She has refilled their glasses with cold water.

Adam drinks his quickly.

Zane enjoys his "You give guitar lessons?" he says

"I do, if asked, and I might charge" She smiles "I already give some"

"Zane plays." Adam brags on his friend.

"Lilttle bit" he says "It's not my passion but ah, you know"

"I know" She smiles

"And Piper plays too, and sings. She's got a great voice." Happy sigh.

"She does, I've taught her a little"

Goofy grin.

More water

He takes a sip.

"Adam, do you play an instrument?" The old satyress asks

"Nah." Sheepish. "I play basketball. And...."

"Working on writing poetry. Mmm maybe singing lessons if you ever want" She says

"Yeah, I'm working on that too. Poetry." He nods.

And they talk, Etsie giving advice not just on poetry and song, but what girls LIKE about poetry and song
