She kisses him back, and murmurs, "I think they do, Thane Thomas." Running her fingers up his back. "I do."

He shakes his head glumly. "Some of 'em call me that but it's not, like, official. I'm not really a... Thane."

"Do you need a badge? a sash?"

"I decided to believe they're not, you know, teasing me about it. No. I don't need a badge or anything, jeeze. But who hands out the jobs at Rivervale?"

"Chieftain Brekke?"

"Yep. And she hasn't told me I'm a Thane, so...."

"Oh. Who did?"

"Mr. Gardner, some others." A shrug that shifts her in his arms.

"Mm. Well, you're important to -me-. If that makes any difference."

A soft smile that warms the aristocratic lines of his face. "It does. It makes me happy." A kiss.

She returns the kiss, and is happy to leave all talking behind for the time being.

If they want, they can actually 'roll in the hay'

That suits Adam very well, indeed.

He can recall her talk of what happened with the lust bomb went off, and. Well.

This time, she keeps track of where she puts her clothing - more or less. Otherwise she'd run out by the end of the day, the way things are going.

Adam keeps track of what clothing she takes off, at least.....
