"Colton! You remember Baron Hewitt, yes?"

"I do," he shakes the man's hand, "Baron, I am so glad you're here. Please, let me give you a tour. Are you all hungry or anything? We have real food now."

"Oh thank god.."

"I understand you're between Tongs here politically. Maybe we can get this lodge out of the fire" Hewits says, then grins at Sparrow's comment about the food "A meal then "

"Flying burns calories like you wouldn't believe."

"Is it safe to make a joke of eating like a bird?" Sir Bachion smiles

"Well, Hummingbirds eat their own weight, I think..."

"Well, please, this way" Colton guides them into what would be the mess hall, but to fae eyes looks more like a hardy warriors table or fellow hall.

"Ah," He says inside the kitchen leaning, "We have honored guests ,could we trouble you for a full meal?"

From within a voice says "Got it"

"Did you attract some boggans? This seems MUCH more organized in the past few days..."

"Nope" He says "We have DeBukes though and... they can cook just fine."

"Ah. DeBukes."

"Oh, and we do have one boggan" He says

"That's all it takes."

A male troll comes out with an apron, "Of course, give the boggans the credit. Be a few moments"

"I know troll cooking, sir! I've stayed at lodges!"

The fellow turns "Well, at least you recognize we can coo..' And his eyes fall on Sparrow and his jaw drops open.

"Marcellus," Sir Colton Coughs

"Howdy."

Marcellus shakes his head, rubs his eyes, and blushes "Pardon me." And he goes back to thee kithen muttering "They told me not to look... never ever look..."

"He doesn't mean to be rude, he's just not used to sidhe" Colton says

"DeBuke, I'm guessing?'

"Yes, " Colton says "They're good people, Baron, Baroness, but they're rather anti noble"

"I know. And all the more reason to keep a sidhe out of the big chair."

"Sorry," COlton says'

"not your fault lad, it's a hard balance. .May I ask why you don't want to be chief?" The baron says

"Me? Because I'm ... I just got knighted. I might make a good storm, well, a decent one, but Chief? I dont' have the wisdom for that"

Sparrow shrugs.

Bachion says "Perhaps, Sir Colton, you should mention how this came about? "

And Colton tells the story of waht happened...

even as food is served, honey glazed roast slices of ham and river perch to pick from for the meat. Baked potatoes dripping with butter.

(For the record, Sparrow DOES eat like a bird - nearly keeping up with the trolls.)

"Of course, there's always just 'claim it and hold it by might,' but that is ALSO a challenge."

"Well, if this place had a smithy I could maybe" Hewitt laughs

"It ah, has a forge sir. A smithy proper" Colton says

"What? what are we wasting time on FOOD for?" The Dougal sits up
